You say that it's okay for others to troll if they just troll a few people they don't like. Seriously? So if guys want to troll a few members you/they dislike it's cool but if someone else is annoying and/or trolling you then it's an issue that needs to be addressed right away.
That's not what I said. I said it's bad as well, but it's different. Disliking someone for a reason, justified, unjustified or other, is completely different from coming here with no other purpose but to mess with the first person who takes the bait. It's really not about Rob in particularly, I made similar complaints about other meta-trolls like that ticket sale dude or Godzilla's occasional blow-ups.

Look, we're not perfect. Until you made this thread (a mere two days ago) it was easier to lump him into the group of many other "worthless posters" that some of you guys have a problem with and criticize/make fun of/tell to leave. I come on here to chat with friends and maybe have a few laughs or find some music news. I don't read through every single thread and neither does any other mod. But then we get criticized for not taking action on an issue we were unaware of. If we ban iamarob then we'll just be criticized for not doing it sooner and then next month there will be someone else that will be "public enemy #1" and someone who deserves a ban for their posting quality.
Like I said earlier....this topic/poster was actually being discussed. I'm sorry if the results aren't fast enough for you guys.

Not sure what you're getting at here? Sean's post didn't mean he's getting the axe. We discuss a lot of posters, we've only banned like... 5 (not counting spambots and ween trolls).

A lot of this is from the "state your opinions as facts" thread...
This is the part of the thread a couple pages ago I found both funny and ironic. That thread was flame bait from the beginning. I like that thread too, but everything I read in it I take with a huge grain of good humor salt.

Yea, that line wasn't about "We're going to ban him just give us time". It was more of "Oh hey....we just found out guy may be trolling a threads....what do you think we should do about this?" type of discussion.
This shit really isn't anything worth deleting/disabling your account over.
