M. Ward is in Spain in early July but he could easily be back in the states for that. And Jim/MMJ don't have many summer plans at the moment I believe. Could be awesome. I'd love to see it.
I still don't believe Band of Horses are headliners
I'm with you on that. They'll be in the Feist spot. But I'm expecting a smaller headliner on Friday because of that (similar to last year). My original guess was Decemberists, but because that's not happening, maybe Alabama Shakes? Ben Harper?

She also used to play with ryan adams but if i remember right newport said they've tried to book him and he's turned them down a couple times. Puss n boots being added made my day yesterday. I love norah so much
I'm really hoping fawnmart 's prediction about The Wild Feathers is verified soon. That's the last band I need to hit band bingo. That should at the very least earn me a retweet by Newport, right?

Lake STreet Dive added today. Been seeing their name pop up on a few festivals. Only heard a few songs and thought they were good. They were also on the Inside Llewyn Davis muxic special with Milk Carton Kids
YESSS!!! I bet Fawn and Don will be happy about this as well. They were fabulous on that special. I better see them at least once between this and Roo!!
And now I am YouTubing videos of them to see what Bonzai means.
I've seen them three times (always wearing those black and white dresses) and I couldn't stop thinking about it. They don't dance around so it's like it's jiggle city or anything, but I just feel like they are wearing training bras. No wire, no support, no form. I just think they could be so much more sexy with a better bra.

THIS makes me VERY happy!! When Mike D, Bonz, Quacker and I watched the music special above we discussed how great of an add they would be. Some powerful voices there! As to Puss N Boots... I sat there for ten minutes saying that's not my Norah Jones.. The Norah Jones that I love to hear... Cant be... Just cant be can it... YES YES YES. Not quite my grill cheese but this lineup is starting to wow me. There are very few so far that I do Not need to see or hear. Shall probably be flogged for this however i have absolutely No need to hear Shovels and Rope...
Love their performance on Another Day, Another Time. Do you guys know if they have a new album coming out?
Nevermind. I asked because their only album on Spotify is from 2010. But a quick Google search shows that they just released an album (must not be on Spotify for some reason). They also performed on Ellen recently.

Yea, I had the special on while doing stuff around the house like laundry and cleaning and had to stop and take a look to see who was singing when they were on. The lead girl had a voice that I wasn't expecting but it was very good.
I thought I was over Taylor.. the height thing and all... but after catching some Palladia yesterday it appears not. LOL. He's still a talented cutie.
Heading to Jersey tomorrow, than off-the-grid - early flight out tues am to BWIs. There will be minimal coverage but my phone 'should' be able to call out for emergencies and receive texts. I'll check it once a day or so for family. Bonz/K2B/Mike/LD.. Bueller... text me if there are any totally OMG adds that would add to our day. : ) Catch ya in a couple o weeks. XO
