Friday. I would say he has to be the headliner. Can't imagine someone above him and Band of Horses. And his introduction was written by Jay Sweet.
Is there any chance that they push the festivities back to give him a bit of a night set? If you see a few pages back, he supposedly does not like playing day sets (but then again, he doesn't like playing outside and fest sets). I know there's a strict curfew at the fort, but Wilco was a night show, right?

For the Arc Iris question.... We've seen them twice in very small venues. We were quite drawn in the first time when the group was larger.. quirky, different, talented. I helped the ladies finish getting ready in the bathroom... Second time it was Jocie and her BF. While she has the voice of an angel we left quoting the horrible Simon C... 'a bit self indulgent'. They came across as playing for and to each other rather than the folks there to see them.
(I dont think they will book Dylan but still thinking there may be a walk-on as part of Mavis and friends.
As wildly excited as I am, I have a feeling that next week's announcements will be on the boring side. Then they'll do a home stretch run of great stuff in the week or two after. If they're keeping with numbers from last year, Friday is full, 4 more on Saturday and 3 more on Sunday.

I think we could see 2-3 of the remaining TBA Saturday acts be near the top. Sunday will be fleshed out with a few more middle and lower tier acts.
Definitely agree with that. Seems like there's a fairly big gap between HFTRR and Trampled By Turtles. Hoping that could be a place for First Aid Kit and someone else. I also would love Beirut or Passenger. I don't know the others you mentioned. I'll have to check them out.
How about the chances of The Decembrists? They are touring again!

I thought about that at one point too. But I noticed that Friday is scheduled to start at 1:00 (like last year) whereas Saturday and Sunday are scheduled to start at 11:00 (you could explain this away if Friday was scheduled to run into the evening). Also, a Friday day pass is $20 cheaper than a Saturday and/or Sunday day pass.

Very easy if you have a car. Probably about an hour and a half drive each way.

Agreed. But I'd add an hour each direction for traffic. Although the rest of you would know better than I do. But it's especially easy to do given that the acts wrap up before nightfall. You'd be home before midnight!
Wow! Ryan Adams is my gourmet grilled cheese addition. With TBT and Ryan Adams I may just melt with the cheese.
