I'd be surprised if this doesn't already exist, but I couldn't find it so...
2010 worked out nicely with the Lunar Stage showing USA vs England. That crowd that gathered was pretty cool. Is there anywhere besides the cinema tent where they could show a game?
Obviously, the best part is when the guy turns around to the two dudes in England jerseys who are in utter disbelief. Remember, that was one of the shittiest goals ever.

Oh man, that was SO fun. I've never been in such a huge group of soccer fans before. I have about 4-5 friends that will watch games with me and I didn't think the crowd for that game would be very big. I was pleasantly surprised.
The pots were revealed today, and the draw for groups is Friday. The dream scenario for the US would be Algeria, Switzerland, and Greece.
What's your worst-case? Germany, Ivory Coast and Netherlands?
Ivory Coast and the Netherlands aren't as strong as the past. I actually see the Netherlands being a decent matchup for the US. They've been swapping in young defenders, and none of them have held their ground. The US' strongest part of their team is obviously their front three. I could see Jozy Altidore, Clint Dempsey, and Eddie Johnson putting a few away against the Dutch.
Worst Case scenario for the US imo would be Brazil, Portugal, and France. It be extremely unlucky to grab the one European team from pot two, but you never know. The US matches up horribly against teams with speedy wingers, as they demonstrated when Belgium tore them a new one a few months back.

Yeah, I just threw Ivory Coast in there, but looking into it more Ned's Chile pick is probably the toughest matchup in that pot.

Yeah Chile would be a pretty tough matchup. They also have some speedy wingers that would probably tear apart our back four

Hmmm, you cite the that group of largely out of form players as the team's greatest strength? I would actually be surprised to see Eddie Johnson starting in June as well.

I think he'll end up with the job, he works really well with Jozy Altidore. Unless they go back to the one striker formation they were running about a year ago, but I doubt that. Who would you think they start as the other striker?

Dempsey will play withdrawn from Altidore. Michael Bradley and Jermaine Jones will be in behind Dempsey. That way, there will be a midfield trio when defending and building the game. Zusi and Donovan will be the first choice wide players, I think. First striker off the bench will be Aron Johannsson.

That sounds good, but Altidore couldn't score to save his life when they threw him upfront on his own. Scoring those goals in five straight games with the hat trick thrown in there shows his strongest position on the field. Johannsson would work well with Altidore up front because of his pace. I think Jermaine Jones will be the odd man out in the final eleven.

You think the only perennial Champions League player on the squad will be the odd man out?

That's the way it's looking. Him or Zusi. Bradley is the anchor of the midfield, he's playing. Maybe Klinnsman decides that Dempsey can play on the outside like he did for Tottenham and Donovan on the otherside with Bradley and Jones as the holding midfielders.

Or maybe CONCACAF All Star Eddie Johnson just won't start.

Not Johnson specifically, but in 2013, 6 of the 7 goals he scored for the national team came when they started two strikers. I think it's absolutely necessary.

Playing a 4-4-2 would be disastrous for the US at the World Cup. Luckily, Jurgen Klinnsman knows this, even if you do not.
Also, link for your 6 of 7 goals statistic? Altidore's hat trick against Bosnia-Herzegovina came with Johnson playing out wide, if I'm not mistaken.

I went through game logs from this season, Johnson was playing alongside Altidore that game, I watched it. And I'm not saying a 4-4-2. A 4-2-2-2 is what I'm reffering to. What formation do you see them using? 4-3-3 with Bradley and Jones holding, Zusi in front of them, and Donovan and Dempsey out wide?

A 4-2-2-2 is a 4-4-2, dude. There is not a difference in how that system would be implemented just because you described it separating the wide midfielders from the central midfielders.
This is what the strongest front 6 the US can put together looks like:
