Thats actually just my guessing. It just seemed weird that they revealed them with a lineup clue. From my recollection, for the festivals that do these lineup clue games they never reveal headliners.
Also, aside from Coachella and Lolla, none of Phoenix's festival appearances last year were as headliners. Best they had was being a subheadliner for Beyonce at Made in America.
They'll most likely be a conflicting headliner. Like last year how they were going to have Pretty Lights on at the same time as Kings of Leon and had Nas on at the same time as GnR and The Avetts on at the same time as Kanye... Which end of the spectrum theyll fall on in that dynamic, who knows.

Smaller festivals tend to reveal a headliner or here or there in these guessing games. Also, I think ACL reveals headliners when they leak the lineup. I wouldn't use that as an argument as to why Phoenix won't headline.

Jenny Lewis retweeted something saying she's playing at governor's ball. I bet this picture is killing two birds with one stone: Savages and Jenny Lewis.
It's likely either Tuesday or Wednesday, tix on sale Friday. Just mentioning the extra day as there may be some contractual things (ie Coachella gets to announce Outkast one week before anyone else), seeing that many other fests are announcing lineups Wednesday of this week as well.

Apparently the lineup was accidently put up on the mobile website. Someone wrote it on facebook and they quickly deleted her comment and fixed the page. Anyone able to screenshot it or see anything?
