Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Major expansion, all the way to North Ave. Additionally they added a haunted house, mini golf, wine bar, and a TAXI STAND. Also a total of 8 stages now, be prepared for conflicts.
Me +3 at the Marriott Medical District. We'll be at the Murder City Devils show Thursday night, hope some of you will be there too. We're doing VIP (13 drinks included...yes please) and are certainly up for a meet and drink!

I don't have a lot of conflicts...what are you guys agonizing about? I'm gonna have to take some guesses...
GWAR vs Circa Survive??
Wu Tang vs Dashboard Confessional??
Rise Against vs Slayer??
Taking Back Sunday vs Samhain??
JK,the only thing I know for sure doesn't work for me is The Cure vs Primus/Weezer, mainly because I'm fairly sure everyone will want to see the Cure, and I'd rather see Primus after which it will be impossible to find anyone...
The Cure vs Primus vs Weezer might be the worst conflict I've ever seen on any schedule. Seriously, just why?
And Dashboard vs Wu is a definitely a conflict for me. Seems like it'd be easy to go with Wu, but Dashboard holds a lot of sentimental vaue with my cousin and I & that's who I'm going with. Dashboard is going to be a special show for us & I'm pissed that it means I'll be missing Wu Tang..... Again.
Three of us from Cleveland staying at Crowne Plaza, if anyone's staying close and wants to meet up and party, let me know. I've always had good luck meeting new people on here. Scored my ride and ticket to Bonnaroo through inforoo this year, and still keep in contact with a few friends from festivals past.
ok, under a week. Let's get a meet up planned, and official. I need some music and roosters in my life
I was going to ask if y'all had a meetup planned. Depending on when it is planned, I might drive up for a day and go hang out in the city afterwards. I wanna chill with some roosters too

So down. Are we thinking during feat or post fest? Idk anything about this place. Is there any easy markers we can use? I'm thinking Friday would be the best day so we can say hi if we see each other throughout the weekend. Any gaps in Friday schedules? (Not going to lie, I still need to actually look at the schedule and see what I'm doing.)
@eviltim102, are you going? I know it was a consideration but I don't remember what you decided... SilentEyedStorm i know you're considering making a trip, what day would work best for you if you did

In honor of this, my coffee is Irish'ed this morning. I'm absolutely going to DESTROY the in-flight bar on the way up. I have no specific suggestions on the meet-upl, but me+3 is/are down.

FWIW, a review I read of The Cure's RiotFest Toronto show over the weekend:
The Cure's closing set at Riot Fest's first day started shakily. Robert Smith's voice sounded as good as ever, but the band was mixed so low that it was quiet, as though the band were playing from a great distance (from where I was standing, they weren't). The band played mainly from their 1980s catalogue — their undisputed golden era — and kicked off with "Shake Dog Shake" and "Fascination Street."
With the tinny sound, the band's songs started to sound the same after a while, despite the varied nature of their recorded catalog, and long instrumental passages made for stretches that lacked energy and dynamism. But as the band got deeper into their set, the sound issues were righted and they began to take off. Tracks like "Hot Hot Hot!!!," "The Walk" and "In Between Days" were crowd favourites.
The band got more into the show as it progressed, too, as Smith, who hardly spoke a word of banter or thanks, practiced some charmingly half-hearted dance moves during "Lullaby."
Their set, which was as long as a regular show, delved deep into the band's catalog, but the stretches between barnstormers like "Friday I'm in Love" and "Close to Me" found the majority of the crowd standing still. That's not necessarily a criticism, either; at this point in the band's career, they have a deep catalogue to pull from, and long-time fans who want to hear it. This show was for those hardcore devotees.

I just got a call from WKQX that I won a 3 day pass to Riot Fest!! I am so excited! But, now I realize that I have zero accommodations set up and absolutely cannot afford to go it alone. Would anyone like an extra roomie to lower their costs? Or would anyone like to share the cost of an Airbnb with me? I will be driving up, so I'll have my car. Please PM me asap if so
