I definitely think Outkast will be a headliner. Possibly Arcade Fire or the Eagles as the other?
I also think Lorde and Twenty One Pilots will be there for sure.

Arcade Fire came in May. Eagles aren't a festival bands. They'll be Journey 2014. Bastille came in May. FtP were at CounterPoint (Outkast are an exception to this rule) Fitz is very likely. 96.7 has a massive boner for them and they dance around GA. Awolnation hopefully. I think MS MR already came

The only way he doesn't headline is because he cancels, THEN AND ONLY THEN Jack White or The Cure (they'll play riot on the 21st so they'll have the 20th off) Tom Petty-OutKast-Lorde-21 Pilots-Darius Rucker. Bet on it.

Tom Petty almost never plays three nights in a row let alone four which would be the case if he played Music Midtown.

That's a pointless remark. You can't actually dispute the fact that he's got an open slot that date. You can however dispute that they'd play because of the logistics of it.

I'm not sure someone who isn't capable of doing four nights in a row would tour.

I don't think they'll be there but I don't think a May date would keep Live Nation from jumping all over Arcade Fire for MM.
I don't know where you keep hearing that but it seems pretty wrong. And MM isn't exactly the type of festival for Arcade Fire to headline. If they were there, it would be around QOTSA's spot, but they won't be.

I am. MM goes for bands that really fit the picture of Georgia. Tom Petty and Outkast are perfect for this. Arcade Fire most likely will not be there. Hopefully The Kooks and Paolo Nutini or kasabian are there. Need my British fill.
