This is my first year at Bonnaroo. What MUST I eat in centeroo besides spicy pie?
Pesto Mozzadilla at Bearly Edible Thurman Murman at Roti Rolls Anything at King of Pops
I heard that the Thurman Murman is cursed. Steer clear. Don't worry, though. I'll check it out and get back to you to let you know if it's still cursed.

With the new app update, you can add specific food items from vendors to a menu for yourself! I'm currently doing that while I eat a frozen Kashi lunch, so it's a pretty pathetic state of affairs.
For the last several years me and my buddies have thoroughly enjoyed a 3-meat sampler plate with blackened chicken, andouille sausage, etc at a vendor between the Ferris Wheel and That Tent. I believe this would be considered the Centeroo North location. It's a big $12-$13 plate with rice, hot sauce, cheese, onions, the whole shabang. It's a delicious, spicy mess. It's a legend among my friends...
Anyway I'm pretty sure the name of the vendor was "Bayou Billy" does that sound accurate? it's possible I have the name wrong. But I didn't see anything on the vendor list to indicate this plate would be this year and I'm freaking out. I have to have it. It's one of the main daytime highlights for me at Roo. Can anyone tell me if I have the vendor wrong, or if maybe this particular vendor got moved to a different section??
This is Outback Kate's they also have a second location next to Which. That one served the Mambo Combo for $20 (which is everything you listed plus gator nuggets and jambalaya). Also, their black lemonade is pure sex

Sooooo, The Amish Baking Company will not be serving up chicken salad sandwiches this year. I'm guessing it has something to do with not having a campground location?

Sorry for the hype/pic
Thanks for the heads up, now I won't waste time going in search of one.

Maybe it's because I haven't had breakfast yet and I'm starving or maybe it's because 1/3 of the reason to go to Roo is the food, but where's my damn app update with the menus!?!
