Maybe it's because I haven't had breakfast yet and I'm starving or maybe it's because 1/3 of the reason to go to Roo is the food, but where's my damn app update with the menus!?!

OMG OMG OMG ROTI ROLLS!!!! Roti is a southeastern Asian flat bread, not dissimilar to Naan but unleavened. Their Thurmman Merman is a religious experience! Just 4 ingredients and you can make your own Roti at home!
2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tspn Salt 1/4 cups Butter (sub coconut oil if you're vegan) 3/4 cups whole milk (sub almond milk if you're vegan) Olive oil
Combine flour & salt in a bowl.
Melt butter into the milk in a pot or microwavable container.
Add melted butter & Milk to flour and stir w/ a fork until fully incorporated.
Don't panic because you'll probably think you fucked something up at this point.
Squish all the dough together using your hands and kneed it a couple of times to form a round dough ball.

Wrap the dough ball in some plastic wrap and let it sit until it reaches room temp (about 30 - 40 minutes).
Cut the dough ball into 4 pieces & roll those pieces into balls.
Start heating some olive oil in a pan (get that shit hot before proceeding! It should sizzle if you add a drop of water to the pan, using a glass range top I set the heat to 6 1/2).
Roll out each dough ball into a 10" - 12" disk.
Plop the disk into the heated olive oil. Wait 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Flip it over and wait another 1 minute.

Sometimes that's exactly what you do. Roti Rolls told a friend of mine at Shaky Knees that they would be at Roo again and are rolling out a new awesome menu item. Probably was holding back on this item until we had flushable toilets.
Thurman f*cking Murman man! If I remember correctly (I'm sure I don't) it's Cajun Mac & Cheese w/ pulled pork & cabbage, and...and..there was something else! Sum'bitch they was guud!

I was just 'bout to mention this as well. So far the only confirmed food vendor is Spicy Pie. Pretty sure they've posted on their social media sayin' somethin' 'bout Bonnaroo this September.
