I can't put anything into order yet, but here's my favs:
Cloud Nothings J Roddy Waltdon & The Business Ty Segall Janelle Monae Kanye West King Khan & The Shrines Phosphorescent Cut Copy Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Darkside
Regret not seeing: Mastodon (saw last 5-10 minutes) Damon Albarn (sacrifices must be made, but that sounded like a great show) St Paul & the Broken Bones Phoenix (failed attempt to get into pit for Kanye left me with a less than optimal viewing spot anyway, oh well)
I feel like anyone who has Cloud Notbings on their top 10, but didn't go see Ty Segall, really shit the bed with their home work. But that's just my opinion,

I had to be carried out of Cloud Nothings on a stretcher and was taken to the offices of Dr. Omar Souleyman.

if cloud nothing's put you on a stretcher, Ty Segall would have put you in a pine box.

1. Damon Albarn 2. Jack White 3. Janelle Monae 4. James Blake (half set) 5. Elton John 6. Chromeo 7. Cloud Nothings 8. Cut Copy (missed last few songs) 9. Kanye West (lost memory during Stronger rant) 10. City and Colour
HM: Skrilljam, Vampire Weekend, First Aid Kit, Vance Joy, Arctic Monkeys Great Partials: Ty Segall, Darkside
Kanye would have been top five and James Blake may have found his way to the top or at least passed Janelle.

I don't have a top show. But I do have a bunch of shows that are essentially tied for first place, so these aren't in exact order.
1) Skrillex Superjam - Seriously great. Live band versions of electronic music. An outrageous guest and set list. Where on Earth could you hear Mystikal perform "Shake Ya Ass," Warpaint perform "Let's Dance," ASAP Ferg do "Juicy" and Robby Kreiger and Matt Schultz play "Break on Through" almost back to back to back?
2) Damon Albarn - Everybody's talking about Feel Good and Clint Eastwood, but that horn and gospel version of Broken was beautiful. I was right behind the pit but probably should've just walked in. Damon said how much he loved Bonnaroo over and over, and he really seemed to give it his all. Glad I can finally say I've seen him. Greatness.
3) Janelle Monae (regular and Skrillex Superjam) - I should've mentioned her above but oh well. Janelle more than held down an afternoon What Stage set. Her and Damon shared the same spot and had almost identically great shows in obviously different ways. A tight band and she's such an amazing show(wo)man. Special mention needs to go to her set at the Skrillex Superjam. Being 8 people from Janelle Monae doing Tight Rope, I Feel Good and especially Wanna Be Startin Somethin was absolutely incredible. Maybe my favorite moment of the fest.
4) Die Antwoord - Damn, I was wrong about this one. Really went for my wife, but they absolutely killed it. Pure grimey dance party from start to finish. Ninja stage dived about 6 times. The crowd absolutely loved it and you could tell Die Antwoord was touched as well. Really fantastic.
5) Kanye - As mentioned in the disappointment thread, my main problem with this show was that I couldn't see despite camping out. Part of that's on me for not thinking ahead, but the show itself was good to great. It looks like his show will be as divisive after the fact as it was before, but the song selection was great (if a bit anemic). He sounded good and I didn't mind his rants at all. We all knew he wasn't going to come and not say anything. He gave people that love him more fuel and people that hate him more fuel all at the same time. Still, a much much better performance than 2008. Touch the Sky and All Falls Down in particular.
6) James Blake - Wonderful voice, my God. And despite early tech issues, the first half of his set was sooo strong. Had to leave right before the end, but no regrets. It was great to see him in person and I can cross "I Never Learnt to Share" off my musical bucket list.
7) Chromeo - Did VIP pit for this one and it was awesome. A mild complaint is the pit in front reserved for Roll Like a Rock Star. I know I was VIP, so how much can I complain? But there were like 20 people in a pit designed for almost 100. They were barely watching the performance, mostly taking selfies of themselves with the band behind them. wtf. As a fan, I was annoyed. Bonnaroo could cut the size of the RLARS pit in half imo. But that says nothing of Chromeo. They put on a great show. I just wish the crowd in front of me had cared about where they even were. Momma's Boy and Needy Girl were fantastic tho.
8) The Bluegrass tent on Sunday - I was here way more than I expected and had a great time. Saw pieces of the Lone Bellow, the Black Lillies and half the Superjam and it was all great. Really great music to watch on a Sunday. Sarah Jarosz doing Gnarls Barkley was a musical highlight up there with Janelle and James Blake.
9) Disclosure - Great show, but like Kanye, seeing was a problem. Still they brought it. Sam Smith for Latch was inevitable but awesome none the less.
10) Elton - Great song selection including 8! from Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. Also, I finally stayed until the end of a Sunday headliner. First time in 8 years. Good show to do it on.
Honorable Mentions - Cake, Danny Brown, Pusha T, Cherub, Banks, The half of Darkside I saw, the last 3 songs of Chance.

1. Jack White - As I mentioned elsewhere, I'm not sure why I'm surprised Jack White comes out as #1 for me, since he destroys every festival I've seen him at. Was thrilled with all the banter, he had me screaming and laughing with every line. I loved when he was introducing his band, especially when he admitted/lied he didn't know where his violin player was from. Amazing set list, absolutely devastating musicianship from him and his whole band. His drummer from the Buzzards is outstanding.
2. Skrillex Superjam - Let's Dance, I Feel Good, Juicy, Pump Up The Jams, everything Damian Marley did, Break on Through, so many highlights. A really joyous set, I could see the facial expressions of most of the artists on stage and it was obvious what a blast they were having. Particularly for many of these primarily electronic artists, I think it was so much fun for them to play some ridiculous covers live and see the crowd losing their minds. Combining Skrillex's 2012 set with all his shenanigans this year, and I think its clear he'll be connected to Bonnaroo forever. He's like the Warren Haynes of the laptop.
3. Kanye West - Seeing him live for the first time deepened my understanding of him as an artist. where the press at?
4. James Blake - I knew very little of James Blake before this set, but I left a huge fan. Actually listening to S/T right now, trying to convince myself I need a new subwoofer just for his music.
5. Meshuggah - Relentless. A dream come true to hear real metal LN on the farm.
I am surprised there hasn't been more love for Robert DeLong on this thread. Granted, he was in a Thursday set, so getting into a "Top 10" situation may be a stretch. But, I thought he killed it.
1. Bluegrass Super jam 2. Lionel Richie 3. Goat 4. Jack white(super surprised by this one, had no idea it would be that good) 5. Mastodon 6. Janelle Monáe 7. Vampire Weekend 8. Arctic Monkeys 9a. St. Paul and the Broken Bones 9b. Thao and the Get Down Stay Down 10. Seasick Steve
1. Cut Copy (Most fun I have ever had at a show) 2. Chance The Rapper 3. Kanye West 4. Chvrches 5. Jack White (Had I been able to stay the whole time this would have been right at the top) 6. Real Estate 7. Darkside 8. St. Paul and the Broken Bones 9. Cherub 10. Arctic Monkeys
1. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds 2. Lake Street Dive 3. Jack White 4. The Avett Brothers 5. Seasick Steve 6. Janelle Monae 7. The Head and the Heart 8. Elton John 9. Umphrey's 10. ZZ Ward (Sonic Stage)

1. Jack White - wasn't expecting much but was blown away by his music and his humble positive attitude 2. Lionel Richie - this is how a classy legend performs 3. Superjam Trucks - wasn't as good as last years but holy fucking guitars 4. Die Antwoord - I wish I got closer but it was still pretty awesome 5. Flaming Lips - again, wish I got closer but the show was great 6. Meshuggah - I only caught the last few songs but WOW! 7. The Avett Brothers - very entertaining performance, great entertainers 8. Sam Smith - I love this guys voice and the crowd was very into his performance 9. Vampire Weekend - these guys rocked out, great set 10. Sir Elton John - class act with countless gems, my only problem is he should've been on Friday.

1. YEEZUS - loved it, had the best time of the whole weekend 2. James Blake - THAT VOICE! This angel put on a flawless performance. glad i decided to follow my mood and stick around for 90% of this set. case of you, damn. 3. Sam Smith - that voice! he pierced so many hearts 4. Frank Ocean - his volume was too low, or this would've been higher. the enthusiastic crowd singing along helped 5. Darkside - almost too much for my mind to handle at that hour, but it was wonderful. finally saw the mirror! third time's a charm, i guess. 6. Pusha T - second craziest crowd I saw all weekend, everyone was going nuts 7. Cut Copy - would've easily been in my top 3 but only saw the last 2 songs because James Blake sucked me in 8. Banks - completely adorable how happy she was to be there 9. GOAT - the energy coming off that stage was infectious, wonderful sound 10. Warpaint - playing through "montezuma's revenge" these girls gave us all they could, and sounded lovely
1) Jack White 2) Damon Albarn 3) Elton John 4) Hannibal Buress 5) Broken Bells 6) Ty Segall 7) Derek Trucks Superjam 8) Polica 9) Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds 10) Darkside
Her and Damon shared the same spot and had almost identically great shows in obviously different ways.
haha I had this same thought run through my head right after Damon and still haven't completely decided who was better. Same slot, got pit for both with plenty of room to move, 3rd and 4th most anticipated for me, and I think I'd say they were the two coolest people to hear and see perform of the weekend for me.
2. Damon Albarn- absolutely incredible. Great setlist, pretty good crowd. The Everyday Robots songs translated very well live. Plus he bright out De La Soul and Del for Feel Good and Clint Eastwood. I was second row in the pit, it was a blast
Goddamnit. He brought out Del?! UGHHHHHH, I knew we should've just napped in the What field during that set. Oh well.
My favorite thing about this thread is the variation in everyone's lists. Previous years it seemed like everyone had a general consensus as to which shows were the best, but I think it really shows the strength of this year's performances that everyone has unique top tens, all for legitimate reasons.

Del, De La Soul, a choir, Hypnotic Brass. Albarn gets it.

1. Kanye (pit 4th row. I can see why people far back didn't enjoy it...side screens should've stayed on) 2. Avett Brothers (I've been a fan for years. First time I've gotten to see them live) 3. Sam Smith (on the rail dead center. Such talent. Going in he was a top 5 to see for me. Wasn't disappointed) 4. Jack White (Nothing more to say. If you were close at all you understand) 5. St Paul & the BB (never heard of them before Roo. Now a fan) 6. The Wild Feathers (same as above) 7. Vampire Weekend (in the Kanye line...couldn't see much) 8. Robert DeLong (Great set. A lot of energy!) 9. Elton (ELTON FREAKING JOHN!) 10. Frank Ocean (only saw the last 30 mins. It was great)
I keep going back and forth on my number 1. I think now it's Amos Lee. His set was an incredible surprise but so was Chance the Rapper. The one thing I loved about Amos was how everyone in his band had their chance to shine and they all KILLED it.
