I only included bands that I saw at least the vast majority of their set (most I saw all of). For reference, I've been every year from 11-14:
1. Paul McCartney (13) 2. Phish (12) 3. Pretty Lights (13) 4. Skrillex (12) 5. Animal Collective (13) 6. Big Gigantic (12) 7. Skrillex Superjam (14) 8. Radiohead (12) 9. Neutral Milk Hotel (14) 10. Wiz Khalifa (11) 11. The Beach Boys (12) 12. Allen Stone (13) 13. Damon Albarn (14) 14. The xx (13) 15. James Blake(14) 16. Twenty-One Pilots (13) 17. Capital Cities (13) 18. Elton John (14) 19. Eminem (11) 20. Primus (11) 21. Bjork (13) 22. Danzig (12) 23. Monster Truck (14) 24. Red Hot Chili Peppers (12) 25. Arctic Monkeys (14)
Partial shows that would have been likely candidates to make this list: Arcade Fire, Jack White, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, The String Cheese Incident, Empire of the Sun
By year, that's: 3 from 2011 7 from 2012 8 from 2013 7 from 2014
That's pretty consistent through the years. Please don't judge me for 2011, I was very different person musically at the time.
Bonus list - least favorite Roo shows of all-time: 1. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers 2. Japandroids

Everyone else I saw was at least somewhat good.
I'm so glad somebody included Capital Cities show at the Miller Light tent last year, that show was so great and I was able sit pretty close to the stage, slightly off to the sued and still see the stage and chill with my friends as our first night drew to a close and prepared for the splendid three days that were to follow. Ahhhh, I loved that show

If you went in 2006 and do not have Radiohead listed as number one, I simply cannot trust your opinion. I have listened to/watched that set so many times...I still drool over it to this day. My only regret in life is not going to Bonnaroo in 2006.
1) MMJ 2008 2) NIN 2009 3) Radiohead 2012 4) Jack White 2014 5) Jim James Superjam 2013 6) Paul McCartney 2013 7) LCD Soundsystem 2010 8) Damon Albarn 2014 9) Tool 2007 10) White Stripes 2007

2006 was my first Roo and I was so unprepared and so miserable, I never made it into Centeroo to see Radiohead Biggest regret of Bonnaroo ever!!!

Oof, that hurts. I missed that epic 2006 MMJ set because I had no idea who they were at the time and did zero artist research beforehand

I think Radiohead 2006 may have contributed to Radiohead 2012 being at #10 for me. I wasn't there, but like you I've listened to the set numerous times and spent so much time here reading about the legend of Radiohead 2006, their very good set in 2012 was almost a letdown.
Since people are talking about Bonnaroo regrets, mine's My Morning Jacket 2008. I really wanted to see that show but talked myself into the whole "Superjams are once in a lifetime. You can't miss a superjam" deal. Little did I know that 4 hour epic rain fest MMJ shows featuring Kirk Hammett run-ins were also once in a lifetime. From that day, I vowed to never miss My Morning Jacket or Jim James at Bonnaroo again. That will only be tested if they put him/them up against Alice Cooper, which is my "don't miss for anyone, anywhere, ever" artist.

I missed Radiohead but I was at MMJ!! It was epic I didn't do any research on bands or Bonnaroo. I swore I would never go back after my first year because it was just SO hard. Then I found Inforoo!

Ah Alice Cooper! Bumping him ahead of Chromeo. Knew I forgot a late night act.
Actually I would put Black Keys 2010 late night up there, too. Not sure how many of you were there but what a great set. Man, if they didn't blow up they'd still be doing awesome shows like that. Too bad
Iv seen jay z 5 times and the Roo performance was the weakest of the bunch. I felt like he saw Roo as just another show and not anything special.
I find this the case with almost every headliner. I've seen Tool 6 times, Roo was my least favorite. Same for Radiohead, seen 5 times. McCartney, which was probably the best show ever at Roo but still wasn't near as good as the other time I saw him.
I only have three years to draw from, but these are the top 10 off the top of my head.
1. Bjork '13 2. Jack White '14 3. Rock 'n Soul Superjam '13 4. Paul McCartney '13 5. Flying Lotus '12 6. Chance the Rapper '14 7. The Avett Brothers '12 8. Gary Clark Jr. '12 9. Robert DeLong '14 10. Rodrigo y Gabriela '12
1. Jack White 2014 2. Macca 2013 3. Allen Stone 2013 4. Superjam 2013 5. Moon Taxi 2012 6. Umphrey's McGee 2012 7. My Morning Jacket 2011 8. Band of Skulls 2012 9. J. Roddy Walston and the Business 2014 10. The Revivalists 2013

I don't know about that. I've seen Radiohead 6 times now and the 2012 show was my favorite time (probably because I was in the pit and with a bunch of close friends).

weird. i saw paul a month later at OSL and again a few weeks later in LA. both shows were not even close to as good as the Roo set. I do agree with you on Radiohead though. It was an amazing set, but there was a "going through the motions" type feel to it.
