Not that it helps now but hold out some hope. There's tons of stories around where it took conservative parents times to come around. If she doesn't, it's her loss.
Also, congrats on coming out to your mom. Regardless of the result, that's a huge thing to do.
Spent some time with the family today. I think I heard my grandfather like 4-5 times comment about there being too many black people in TV commercials or about there being interracial couples.

I went to my uncle’s for Thanksgiving. At lunch, I sat next to his sister-in-law. Later, as we were getting ready to leave, I told her it was nice meeting her.
Her: It was nice to meet you too. What was your name again? I’ve forgotten.
Me: Hilari (I also asked her’s because I didn’t remember either).
Then, as I’m turning around to walk off,
Her: I’m just glad your last name is not Clinton!
Unfortunately, I think my head was already turned too far for her to see the giant eye roll I did as I walked off.
