Bonnaroo App does say that he will be there as well as Brian Posehn. I remember Aziz announcing the Black Keys in 2011...I think he called them the "Black Eyed Keys"!

Pretty sure that was already debunked! I'd like to be wrong though

Not sure about any debunking ... I certainly remember hearing Black Eyed Peas.
i saw nick thune last time he was at bonnaroo, and he was pretty funny. he had this bit about replying to thank you cards with you're welcome cards, and putting starbucks gift cards in them because "they're free at the counter and you can take as many as you want!"

Kyle Kinane is announcing a bunch of shows through May and early June tonight, mostly in the midwest. Wouldn't be surprised if he's there, especially if Comedy Central is the sponsor this year (he's the voice in all their promos). His stuff is pretty great, for anyone that's never heard his stuff. "Whiskey Icarus" is fantastic.
I was thinking, maybe a comedian returns to the main stage this year? With the lineup currently having less artists than last year, even after adding 3 more, and the comedy announcement still to come. Louis CK did a couple east coast shows in January before he flew to LA to film his show. Maybe that will be a wrap by June?

Jimmy Fallon and The Roots would work well on stage

Jimmy Kimmel did a show/s from Austin during SXSW, what are the chances Jimmy Fallon does the same from Bonnaroo. They could be filming b-roll and segments for the show on Thursday around Centeroo and then a set/show on Friday with it still airing that Friday evening. I know I'm getting carried away with this but its playing out great in my head.
1/30: Cold War Kids
2/6: Cherub
4/22: The Mountain Goats
5/25: Laura Jane Grace "Killing Me Loudly"
5/31: The Decemberists
6/11-6/14: BONNAROO 2015
6/28: Against Me!
6/30: Against Me!
does donald glover still do stand up? it would be pretty easy to make that happen I assume.
Yes please. Fucking hilarious.
In 2011 he played a set as Childish Gambino and did two comedy sets. (The one I saw was good.) In 2012 he just did a Gambino set. I'm not sure if he's just trying to focus on that for a now or if it's just random.
The 2012 comedy lineup was also pretty stacked so it's possible that they didn't really have a comedy need and he didn't really want to do two festivals in a row, though.

I do remember hearing that he recently said that he may quit rapping to focus on other endeavors.. So I guess it's a possibility? I would be so pumped - his specials are hilarious.

After 7 years my excitement level spikes for 2 seconds when comedy is released and then I realize unless changes are made (Screen/comedy viewing area) I am never going to see anything in the comedy tent.

I hear you. My first year I went for Conan and Aziz; had to miss alot of good stuff to catch both. It really wasn't worth it. They should definitely add a screen and sound system to the outside of the tent. Or just sprinkle comedians into the schedule on regular stages. Something. What they have now totally blows.
