some of you Michigan people HAVE to bring Oberon. I haven't had it since Michigan beat Wisconsin back in October. Please!!! The World Market near my house carrys Bell's, but they don't carry Oberon. WTF!?
its looking like we still have a spot or 2. our group got bigger and another vehicle is required but isnt full. on may 31st we are having a pre roo meetup with part of our group in toledo to see the recipe. as long as we arent going to mountain jam which is looking unlikely at this point. any of you michiganders that want a little preroo party should come. some of the boys and girls that are in our roo crew will be there so if you wanted to come and meet people or if your boyfriend would like to meet everyone that would work out well. ill be taking 75 and 23 down to toledo for the recipe and roo. so if anyone lives close to there and needs a ride to either i can likely provide a ride.
and i plan to bring oberon. ive got a trade for fat tire with someone. although i cant remeber who.
EDIT-- i might as well throw in that im going to the may flower music festival at nelson ledges may 18th and 19th. and hookahville on memorial day weekend. and the burning river band family jam back at the ledges the weekend before roo. if anyone is interested and needs a ride let me know.

There should be a few cars goin down with us in our caravan. I'm not sure how many or if there are any extra seats. I wish people would get their shi.t together!! Last year I went down with some randoms I met off Inforoo and I had a blast. This year we have some first timers off here that are following us down so once again it'll be a bunch of random people who don't know each other rockin' it all weekend. Sooo if anything opens up I'll definitely let ya know =)

Heyyyy lizardking, did ya decide if you were bringin' some Oberon or not?
Answer, yes... I decided to pony up for Roo and get 4 or 5 mini kegs of Oberon (they carry 14-15 beers each). I cannot live without the Oberon this year. I died without it last year (nearly). So I am thinking I will have a flag made of an Oberon label for Roo this year so just look for that and I will hook ya up with some Oberon for sure.

right on man. cant wait to get some fat tire. i was all excited because a friend from toledo was at blossom blast with fat tire. so i thought maybe they sold it in toledo. but no luck, he got it in chicago. bastard wouldnt even sell me 1
and id be careful with that lizardking. they dont allow kegs and they dont even let you bring in a very large amount of cans becasue they think youll sell it. id hate to see all that great beer get confiscated. and the security people get to party with what they confiscate so im sure theyd be after that ;D

thanks for the concern, I wouldnt want to lose that beer so I might bring it down to one of the minikegs for enjoying purposes and just have a bunch of not as good beer as well...who knows...
They should really get Oberon at Bonnaroo, in my opinion, its a well sought after beer and I just want them to have it so why arent they listening to me!!

it might take you a little longer with stops and stuff. id also advise you to drive the speed limit. i was pulled over on the way to roo 05 and it was not fun at all. take your time!
Hey All, Can't believe how good the michigan chat is going. I started this to see who from MI is going. Still have not seen anyone from Howell. But the rest of Michigan is kicking ass!!!!
