wanny may want to back me up on this one, because a use with that name on the Lolla boards stated that someone told him that Deadmau5 was 100% out. Phi gets vindication.

Same user posted the following top 6 on the Lolla boards:

Festival Snob used his post as a source for rumors.
However, another user was chatting with Fest Snob and Fest Snob said that that post was close. Both that user and wanny said that sources confirmed Kanye & Metallica.
That same user then posted this mock:
"Metallica - Kanye - Jack White FloMo - Sam Smith - #6 (Who is almost guaranteed to be EDM)
Grain of salt or whatever, but I believe it."
Better yet, this fits Launchpad's clues. A THIRD user claims that someone (he claims it's Launchpad) told him the four out of the top five are already booked for major American festivals in 2015.

If that is the top six, with no Drake. I am a happy camper. Even with a Drake, I'm still a pretty happy camper.
Metallica- Hell Yes Kanye- Still the best show I've seen, minus that Roo '14 show :-( Florence- She's incredible live, and that is still one of my favorite Lolla shows ever. Been going since 2012. Jack White- I only got to see half of his set at Roo, but as long as he doesn't play against Kanye or Metallica, I'm staying for a full show. Sam Smith- Gonna skip him if he plays, saw him twice and he delivered both times: just ready for some one else. If you've never seen him, and are into singing songwriting shows of the past: he has a very classic feel to his show. EDM Act- I was thinking Bassnectar, but maybe they'll get someone new in this slot. David Guetta has never played Lolla or Fatboy Slim(if only we were that lucky), I'll go with Bassnectar until Spring Awakening is announced and he's a headliner haha.
Muse, Of Monsters & Men, and FKA Twigs could be likely based solely on playing Fuji Rock the weekend before Lolla and they've had crossover in the past.

I'd be cool with Muse for sure. I've seen their arena shows and i'd like to check a festival set as well.
Never really understood the connection in Fuji and Lolla. Why there's so much crossover and what not..
I don't think Deadmau5 is going to be there. Also there are conflicting reports on Drake but the general consensus has been Kanye/Florence/Sam Smith plus Muse/Jack White/Metallica and an EDM headliner not named deadmau5
EDIT: The way I worded this might be confusing but we get the first three then one or two of the next three plus the EDM for 6 headliners.

The War On Drugs is a p4k get. Ditto with TVOTR (Maybe, I'm not too sure).
Disclosure definitely could be the rumored EDM headliner if it isn't Kaskade/Bassnectar.

I think it will be Bassnectar in the EDM slot, and replace OM&M with Decemberists, and take out MMJ because they won't be demoted at Lolla: they were a headliner in 2011. They just won't be there this year. I think Passion Pit should be in there too. War on Drugs is heading to P4K, sometimes you just know, and this is one of those instances. TVOTR could go either way, but considering they aren't playing any major fests, P4K seems more likely. Disclosure could close out Perry's, they are definitely ready for headliner status, but this year if they played Lolla Perry's would be more logical.

Really want to visit Chicago soon. Pitchfork isn't possible due to school so it's between Lolla and Riot Fest I guess. Kanye alone would make this very tempting

What do we make of this follow Friday business from Lollas Instagram? They very well could be alluding to some acts that will appear on the bill. Did they do this last year?
