Voodoo 2015 (Oct 30 - Nov 1)

Damn those mother fuckers for ignoring me when I asked last week.

Either I was drunk and missed all this last year (remember seeing about 6 of them), or Voodoo has updated the arts page. I remember the face, the cone, the tarantula, the fledgling, the passage, and the pinwheel garden.

It also looks like some of the food vendors are out there, but the menus aren't yet "past menus included x". Good to see Ninja back as I will be having a Yakiniku po-boy every day without cheese or aioli/mayonnaise but with sriracha and a shake of sesame seeds. This shit is the best Japanese sandwich ever.

This might be my strangest festival lineup ever.

It was 9pm last year and every year prior.

Anyone notice that when you do the day by day breakdown that Chance the Rapper isn't on the cubes for Sunday?

Great question. Mike Dillion's Punk Rock Percussion was left off of Saturday's cubes. I let Voodoo know, but they are not a fan of me and will probably ignore me again. 

EDIT: they will be back to the drawing board for Sunday with that mistake. All the times and stages are occupied as of now. 

Thinking Chance has to be main stage between July Talk and Zac Brown Band.

Also, for 8:00pm, that day is probably return to Standard Time. It will be dark by 5:45-6:00.

Public Image also not showing up?  Time to retool those cubes.

Just spoke with Voodoo. They're aware of the missing acts on the app. Apparently Daylight Savings Time happens Sunday of the festival and its causing glitches in the app.

Honestly that is the only glitch daylight saving would cause with programming. Leaving artist off is someone working too fast or not paying attention. The cubes get tweaked and changed leading up to the festival every year, it is just funny to me. 

EDIT: Also times being off could be an issue that daylight savings is causing. 

Also saw they still dont have the addition of PiL on saturday either

For the record I'm totally fine with ZBB one day headlining bonnaroo if headlining means playing the What stage on Sunday at 4:00pm.

Maybe we all run in different musical circles, but I haven't spoken to anyone locally that has mentioned ZBB being any type of draw. I feel the same way. As I said before, I don't hate them and have seen them already. Call me 100% indifferent to that set be it Sunday at 4 or Sunday at 7. I'll find something else to see for sure. If it's Chance or The Cult, so be it.
