I'm not the biggest fan, but I did catch part of his set at Lolla few years ago when it was a downpour and it was a fun show. Seeing him as a LN act could be pretty cool.
Probably the last bit of inside news I'll have for the year: I'm sure most people expected it but I have it confirmed Kendrick and Deadmau5 will be back to back unopposed on the what stage one night. Much like the Stevie/Jay situation a few years back. 5 days =)

Got so excited I looked up his most recent set. We are going to be getting mixes like this and it will be the most glorious thing anyone has ever seen. Oh and he just teased that he will be making a new version of Strobe that is 20 minutes long. Quack anyone that isn't pumped for the Mau5

I think the people who are complaining about him being unopposed are going to find themselves in the field at his set and enjoying themselves far more than they thought they would. And hopefully it'll also make for a much easier time getting to a decent spot for it too.
i've just gotta buy some light up deadmau5 ears now. Do you think checkers will take those or nah since they aren't throw away items like glow sticks?
i'd think it'll be fine, hell i've walked in with the 25 pack of glow bracelet things in my backpack before and never had an issue
I had one leftover from the night before in my camelbak and during my searching, they made me throw it away. Clearly it had been used and was just something I forgot to take out from the skrillex set the night before.

I think as far as EDM goes, he's got music that appeals to everyone. I've been a fan for years and I'm just excited. When his name leaked the other day, I messaged all my techno loving friends to brag. We don't get good music in arkansas, especially not EDM. I've watched concert footage over and over and never am disappointed, and that's just from the TV. That's not me listening live and dancing and having a great time.

with him being higher not sure if they'd put him later as to be more of a "prime" spot. i just don't really seeing it go mau5 then kendrick, but what the fuck do i know
