Anyone have working knowledge as to whether or not the Deadmau5 Guv Nightclub Finale show will be live streamed so we can get a look at this 'Roo "precursor"?
i already have one i've made, not bringing that f'n thing. it was for halloween and 5 hours is more than enough with that thing on. the heat would prolly suck too

I am not a huge Deadmau5 fan, but did anyone see what he posted on Instagram today? His stage show is going to be ape shit bonkers complete with robotic arms like used in NASA and car assembly plants.

He's had those for over a year. They were part of his residency at Hakkasan in Las Vegas. He's using them for his closing show at Guv tonight.
Seen Joel twice, at Ultra in 2013 and NYE last year and each so was completely different. Honestly one of the best shows I've ever seen was his Ultra set. He just takes you on this magical journey and then ends it with Strobe which is perfect.
Except that part where he trolled Martin Garrix and and Avicii lol

I'm not trying to mess with you or ruin the thread and it cracks me up when people go out of their way to bash an artist in a thread specifically for that artist, BUT.... one of the things that cracks me up even more are the people, like you, who complain about those people, expecting that the person bashing the artist will care. Just ignore him, man, and he will leave y'all alone for the most part.

Haha, I was really quite surprised it took that long for someone to come in here and do it with him being the first EDM headliner ever at roo. I'm not a fan of Deadmau5 personally, but the fact that he is going to be the first EDM act on the What stage makes me want to see at least a little bit of his music. Upon giving him another listen after the lineup dropped, I was reminded how much I don't like his music BUT I'm really glad I've been keeping up with this thread because all the talk about his setup of Gov. Ball and Roo has convinced that I should at least see his stage from afar if there isn't another show going on that I want to see just to witness the stage production and see him work his magic up there because, despite me not liking his music, he has some serious talent. It just ain't my style.

But since that's all I'm going for and I'll probably only be there five minutes, I wanna see if it is really worth stopping by.

Mhm, immediately I told myself to remember to not post a video of Gov. Ball after the performance.
Bear in mind that it'll be somewhat different considering his Roo/Gov Ball specific stage and show designs, but I saw him 3 times in 2014 and this is a pretty good summation of what to expect from his shows IMHO.
