Settle down, chief. They'll release an actual schedule. The first act won't start streaming for another 5+ hours, so unless you're making advance plans to watch certain acts (which is kind of weird) then you'll be fine.
I don't find it that weird.
To each his own. I just can't imagine actually making advance plans to watch a festival webcast, but we're all different.
I just find it surprising like okay the fest is going on today, you've come out and said it's gonna be webcasted, you'd just think they'd promote the stream more and show when people are playing before the day of the fest. Like last year it was the weds before it started.

I'm sure coordinating things across three separate channels isn't the easiest. They tend to put on the best webcast of any of the festivals, so complaining about something like when the schedule is announced seems ridiculous to me. Reminds me of the Louis CK bit.

"Now we live in an amazing, amazing world and it's wasted on the crappiest generation of just spoiled idiots... They've got their phone and they're like "ehh, it won't.." GIVE IT A SECOND! IT'S GOING TO SPACE! WILL YOU GIVE IT A SECOND TO GET BACK FROM SPACE!?"
1/30: Cold War Kids
2/6: Cherub
4/22: The Mountain Goats
5/25: Laura Jane Grace "Killing Me Loudly"
5/31: The Decemberists
6/11-6/14: BONNAROO 2015
6/28: Against Me!

Exactly. It's like, they're broadcasting three channels of shows that you can switch back and forth between instantly, with awesome sound and crystal clear picture, but fuck those guys for not having a schedule up to make my pampered life that much easier.

I'm pretty excited to ride Steely Dan into Tame Impala tonight. Working a mean 8AM-11PM day so hopefully streaming Coachella and The Masters make it go by quickly.

I'm pretty sure Steely Dan isn't on the webcast lineup though I absolutely hope to find out different.

Sadly, it doesn't look like Steely Dan is streaming. Hopefully they stream Ride, Tame Impala and Todd Terje so that people can watch all three, because that'd be pretty awesome.

So they're just not gonna say what time this shiz is on at all huh? Wtf is that about. I mean we could try and pair it up with the schedule I guess but sometimes they don't show the set live. Has anyone seen the times the streams are on at?

Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
You do know what this thread is right? That has been all the discussion so far. "Our plan to watch the stream."
And yea. As of right now I'm just basing it around the set times. It's supposed to be a live stream after all, just remember- time zones.
I knew it was a thread to discuss the livestream as it was happening. Didn't realize it was that intense.
I wouldn't say "intense" is the right word. It's moreso just kind of a big deal for a lot of us. Since it's the first real, big festival of the season I think a lot of people like to see how certain performances go. (Many people may use these performances to help decide conflicts later when they attend festivals. Like "oh, so & so was great, def going to see them." Or "so and so sucked live! Did you hear their voice live? I'd be ok skipping them") It just kinda sets the tone for the rest of the year.
And it's just a day of good music and with Coach especially it's a lot of once in a life time performances and live collaborations.

In my mind, coachella kicks off festival season lol watching it just gets me pumped and ready for bonnaroo.

Plus who doesn't secretly or openly long to be there?

Best part about that gif is that she's waving a Croc at me.
