Supposed to be 65 and sunny in Chicago, gonna have people over to grill and booze all day/night with Chella streaming on my TV outside. Pumped for sure.
I'm gonna miss part of it on Friday since I'm going to see Sufjan, but thankfully the time zone difference will help there. After that it's Couchella all weekend for me. Maybe I'll even bring my laptop downstairs and hook it up to the big screen TV. Maybe.

I've got to work a lot this weekend but fortunately the time difference should allow me to see a decent number of sets. I'm just going to be worn out from trying to do it all.

I'm joining Couchella for sure. I hate being on the east coast because I'm not staying up til 3 a.m. every day to watch the late night stuff, but luckily I can catch them the next morning! I'm really hoping for FlyLo, Ratatat, Jungle, Run the Jewels.
1 drink for every time the stream cuts to one of the art exhibits. If a moving art exhibit wanders into the crowd during a show, drink the entire time its on screen.
well, I've talked my buddies into letting me come kick it and watch couchella there. Normally they would be against such things but I said "ACDC" and everyone was all in. BOOM! maybe I can talk them into grilling as well.

itrainmonkeys can this thread be merged with the other Coachella thread? I'm planning on checking in occasionally from the ground to see if there's any news I missed out on, and it'd be nice to only have to look in one place.

I forgot about that. I think it's been the same the last couple years. I just always watched it live with people in chat, so I have never really taken advantage of the rewind feature.
My actual plans are Couchella.... I'm really excited about it too...

Definitely a make it up as you go affair, but the heart hands is tried and true. For Coach specifically, everytime a surprise guest comes out is a good one. I think every time you switch back and forth between streams could be good too, but that may be too much- depends on the streaming schedule. Every time you see a dude on shoulders is a good one too, since it's a bit more rare than chicks on shoulders,..
