Chris Eldridge from Punch Brothers

But really Gary Clark Jr. is probably the best. I wish his set wasn't so close to MMJ's

I'm not a Hozier fan, but I wouldn't call him a bad guitarist. He does exactly what's required of his music, which isn't much. Just because he never plays anything virtuosic or or impressive doesn't really make him bad. Just nothing remotely special or interesting. But I know it's super fun to hate on him here.

Also just add Taylor Goldmsmith from Dawes to your list and you've pretty much nailed it

I love GCJ, and the live album is great.... But I don't get the hype about his chops, he's great but it's some pretty standard blues that you can probably catch at your local bar tonight...

Are you sure he played guitar in LCD? I only remember him drumming.

Edit: he's not credited on guitar on any of their albums
