Last year latenights were as follow:
Fri: Beats Antique at the Ampitheare Thievery Corporation at Main Stage (plus several shows into the morning with silent disco)
Sat: The New Deal at the Ampitheare Big Gigantic at Main Stage Kung Fu playing against Big G at Spirit Lake (plus several shows into the morning with silent disco)
Sun: Future Rock at the Ampitheare Eoto at Main Stage Van Ghost playing against Eoto at Spirit Lake Joe Russo's Almost Dead at the Ampitheare
So, minus the silent disco, there were up to 4 latenights in a night between the 3 stages
I imagine the latenight schedule being something along the lines of:
Fri: Odesza at the Ampitheatre Primus at the Main Stage
Sat: STS9 at the Ampitheatre Pretty Lights at the Main Stage
Sun: Slightly Stupid at the Ampitheatre at the Ampitheatre Chance at the Main Stage Griz at the Ampitheatre
Plus lower tier acts playing against each of the mainstage acts. They could also easily fit in an extra ampitheatre act friday and sat following the Main stage late night, if they wanted to

Well, I don't think Chance has the ability to teleport or time travel, soooo... But really, he's playing Sunday at Voodoo. I personally think Chance and Pretty Lights will be our big late night shows on Saturday
I thought you confirmed that odesza was sat urday night on theire website or something? I could be wrong. Its also posted on slightly stoopids website that they are playing saturday.

Ah, I'm assuming they will probably be get scheduled like Shpongle and Beats Antique were last year
Did they mention when Wave 2 would come out? Voodoo has my vote only because it is half the distance from Austin, TX and I have a place to stay. Very torn.
Last years additions came in early September...
Shpongle (Simon Posford DJ set) and Emancipator, legendary rock guitarist The Dean Ween Group, Suwannee Bluegrass Surprise, Kung Fu, Thievery Corporations’ Rob Garza DJ set, Nashville’s hottest Americana Folk Trio Judah and the Lion, Ghost Owl, Strung Like a Horse, Jonathan Scales Fourchestra, Shane Pruitt Band, Suenalo, Beartoe and Post Pluto.
Goldfish live was kind of 'eh at Waka. They closed the festival down on Sunday night, but coming out of Greenhouse Lounge > Portugal. The Man > Lotus > Thievery Corporation, pretty much anything not outrageous was going to be kind of a dud. They didn't suck per se', but it was a bit soft/poppy for my tastes.
This would be right near the top of my list. I missed Griz in Tampa last year and been waiting for a 2nd chance ever since.
GRiZ rules live and is my favorite DJ. I've seen him several times, but the Buku aftershow and the Hangout show this year were both great (Hangout was super raucous for the time of day and that stage). If you haven't listened to his 2015 Album, Say It Loud, listen to that. It's up in its entirety on YouTube. I think it's easily the best album I've heard all year. Almost every song is different, and he works with all kinds of different performers on it. My personal favorite is For the Love featuring Talib Kweli, but the entire album - though primarily rooted in funk - sounds different from song to song. He's clearly leading the charge away from run-of-the mill DJ'ing. Link to For the Love (motown inspired).

Thanks for the heads up, that one song I posted didn't seem too poppy but after seeing other songs I can definitely understand how this doesn't translate well live. Cheers!
Im thinking they are going to go back to the concept the first year it was there. They had amp-> main-> amp after cheese was done. I think thats how it will be except halloween night. I know additions are going to change this but this is what I was hoping for. Friday Chance (main) Papdosio (Amp) Sci Sci Future Rock (Amp) Primus (main) Griz (Amp)
Saturday Sam bush (main) Dopapod (Amp) SCI Slightly Stoopid (Amp) SCI SCI Odesza (Amp) Pretty Lights (main)
I've really nothing to compare this to but Bonnaroo. I show up to B'roo on Wed. hoping to get a good spot in TO. So, showing up Thursday for the pre-party...should I just do it? If showing up on Friday is much more convenient to me but I want to camp somewhere where I don't have to bring an EZ up and allot of other heavy shit to survive should I just get a Thursday pass? I hope this question made sense.

There's plenty of space to camp in the Forrest. Most of place is under tree cover. You should be able to find a shady spot Friday, it just might be a little bit further away
^If you can, just for the party alone, I would get a Thursday pass. Are you coming in solo?
More or less. I suspect I'll be meeting noodles but no solid plans have been made. Life would be a little easier showing up on Friday but at this point I really am leaning towards Thursday as you said for the party alone.

Totally worth it to come in on Thursday, but you should be fine if you come in Friday morning. Even better if you're meeting up with friends who have already claimed a spot and saved room for you.
Recap, according to facebook it looks like they are looking for 2nd teir request. You can make requests their, but with over 400 request, one could get lost in the mix. I say post them here. I believe and have good info they do read and follow this thread. I will try to keep our requests up to date and in one group to make it easy for them to be noticed.
Dear Sliver Wrapper and Purple Hat Productions, if there is a 2nd tier, we have some requests.
In no particular order: Tauk Twiddle UM The possible Weir/Gordon/Mayer project Lotus Iron & Wine Ben Bridwell Flips The Owsley Brothers The Roots Talib Kweli RJD2 Ghostland Observatory A Marching Band of sorts. Empire Strikes Brass The Growlers Glass Animals

Facebook post says:
Think higher & middle tier acts, up & comers on the scene, local/regional artists
I really didn't expect any more "higher to middle tier" acts, to be honest.
I'd love to see: Flaming Lips Umphrey's Mcgee Any incarnation of the Disco Biscuit dudes (Biscuits, electron, or conspirator) Yonder Mountain String Band Particle The Werks Moon Hooch Holey Miss Moley

They said that the main headliners have already been announced and I think Flaming Lips would have fallen into that category. I'd like to see The Word, Galactic, or Bonobo. Flying Lotus at Suwanee would be A dream set. I'd also like to catch Twiddle there.

Everything Fuzzy said! Plus, is really like to see The Devil Makes Three. They'd be a perfect fit. Plus I love them and haven't gotten to see them in 3 years.

I made adjustments to this list. I know many of you like Ump, but I was at Bear Creek, and Wanee the year before, sorry, but it is too much Ump at SOSMP. I would love to see Flips, but too big. The "possible WeirGordonMayer project" I took off because we do not know if that is a real thing, yet.
My favs are: Glass Animals, Bonobo, RJD2, any marching band *I say a marching band, because I love marching bands. It comes from those Friday nights, under the lights.

Every time I try to see Conspirator, something happens to stop me - rain, sometimes sleep, cancelations, etc. It was 2013 when they were on the lineup, right? I made a big deal about how I was finally going to see them and nothing was going to stop me. Then the biggest festival storm of my life rolled in and everything was canceled. Still no Conspirator
So the moral of the story is, wish for Conspurator all you want, but I'll be there, so don't count on actually getting to see them.

I've seen them twice, and they are great if you dig on some jamtronica that isn't afraid of lasers or bass drops along with the rock and jam. They were excellent at Buku 2014. They were also great this year at Wakarusa. That was a Thursday night set at Satellite Stage at 8:45. That was a great day. I saw Moon Taxi, Dopapod, Conspirator, Umphrey's, The Floozies, Gigantic Underground Conspiracy (which was also f'n great and obviously includes Conspirator), Minnesota and Govinda. That was a great kick off Thursday. I think Florida's Greenhouse Lounge is somewhat similar though maybe not as musically aggressive as Conspirator.
I did miss them at Hangout back in 2013 when they did the Thursday pre-party. But I heard that was great too.
