I live in the very last town in Westchester and probably will be commuting back and forth each day. It could be a lot for some people but there are some cheaper hotels up here in Danbury, CT. 120 train ride plus 10 min cab ride. I think Danbury has Uber now might be helpful.

I went to WestConn, so I'm very familiar with Danbury - and have done the ride from Southeast many a time. From Southeast to Harlem is only like 75-80 minutes by train. But yeah, with car travel on both ends it would go up to two hours. So I wasn't thinking that far north. More like White Plains, or going up 95 up to about Stamford.
I think it was like $33 for J Roddy at Brooklyn Bowl last year, and it was an awesome show where I met itrainmonkeys. Go to aftershows, hopefully they get some good stuff.

I always forget specifically what members I've met at what shows. I knew I met someone here at that one haha. That was an amazing set but I got stranded in a sketchy train station until a 5 a.m. train home since it was a super-late-night show.

that's not saying much when you're competing with firefly. I'd really like to buy a day pass or if it's spectacular a 3 day but I'm going in with low expectations.

I didn't say all that. But I am happy with what I know. This fest has always produced solid lineups since going to the three day format is it today. Expect more of the same. I'm stoked.
