This is Bloc Party's setlist from last night. If we get something similar at Governors' Ball, I would be pretty happy. Still not sure I'll be able to fit all the bands I want to see in on Friday.
Only He Can Heal Me Hunting for Witches Positive Tension Mercury Virtue Song for Clay (Disappear Here) Banquet One More Chance Different Drugs Octopus She's Hearing Voices The Love Within Encore: My True Name Flux Helicopter Ratchet Encore 2: Two More Years This Modern Love
Yea If I can fit in Beck, The Strokes, Duke Dumont, Jamie XX, and Years & Years that'd be a really solid day of music. Probably won't be able to see all of them, but Matt & Kim, Big Grams, Robyn, or OMAM would be fine substitutes for any conflicts. No matter what it's a really solid day music.

There is so much good stuff going on Friday and Sunday. It's gonna be inevitable to miss a few acts I wanna see but its still gonna be 2 amazing days.
As for Saturday as long as I can see The Killers, Haim, Catfish and Against Me I'll be happy. M83 were really high up on my must see list but I think it's pretty much a lock for them to oppose the Killers.

I bought a Friday pass, but I'm still waiting for the right time to tell the family I have to go. Planning on an early Friday am DC to NYC bus, then a late night Friday/early morning Saturday bus back here, before they wake up Saturday. Boom. There are 12 acts I want to see, without any research, and I'm hoping the schedule works out so I can get a bunch of those. Those who've been before, what's the walking/jogging time between stages?

I don't think M83 and Killers are going to oppose each other. I think typically the 2 biggest acts both play the main stage.

True, but I can't see them playing in the daylight. Makes much more sense for Haim to pre headline the main stage.
Who knows, maybe M83 will close out the Big Apple stage and Miike Snow closes the Honda?

I think it's going to be one of the rap acts closing out Big Apple stage either Miguel...Action Bronson or Mac Miller...with M83 leading into the killers...but we'll wait and see
So should I do pre show at Bonnaroo or see Kanye at Governors Ball? One would have me getting involved possibly making connections and spending more time at Bonnaroo. The other would have me on the rail for Kanye. Of course Kanye might do his own tour....but who knows. He never did a real official tour for MBDTF
If Kanye did the whole album live with every feature I'd be so happy.
Exactly why I'll probably just end up at Gov Ball. More likely to get some of those guests considering its such a feature heavy album. I'm just worried about missing him if he comes on late and I have an early bus or train to catch.

Is it weird that I'm not enjoying this album? I am such a huge Kanye fan for both his music and everything he represents. I've loved everything he's worked on so far so much. What am I missing with this one?
Must See 2018 List: 1. Drake 2. The Cure 3. David Byrne 4. King Krule 5. Moses Sumney 6. Dua Lipa 7. Mount Kimbie 8. Perfume Genius 9. Yaeji 10. Big Thief
Just picked up 2 tickets to Sunday. Don't feel like waiting around for the Panorama lineup so I'm gonna do Sunday at Gov for Kanye then Roo and Wayhome.
Btw Ultralight Beam might be Kanyes best album opener ever, and that's saying a lot. Fade and Famous are gonna kill live.
I made a mock Kanye set list because I got really bored at work. I left off some Life of Pablo songs I really like because they had too many features and I don't know how they would work live.
Stronger Power Black Skinhead All Day Famous Feedback Mercy New Slaves Blood on the Leaves Heartless Wolves Real Friends Runaway FourFiveSeconds No Church in the Wild Jesus Walks Diamonds All Falls Down (with I Love Kanye freestyle right before hand) Through the Wire I Wonder Highlights Good Life Touch the Sky All of the Lights Gold Digger Only One
(Encore)
Can't Tell Me Nothing Don't Like Facts No More Parties in LA
Obviously a lot of these songs wouldn't be performed in their entirety

this would be sick but i don't see him ending with no more parties in LA. also throw ultra light beams on there.

I totally understand people digging his music, but everything he represents? Bit of a stretch, no?
EDIT: Actually, who cares. People can think what they want. I just find it harder to like his music based on his "outside of the studio" persona. I like the new album, though.

I feel like he'd open with something from TLOP, but maybe not. Other than that this would make me quite happy. Would love to put in Ultra Light Beams if he could get Chance there
