I could see it as a possibility, but I feel like they'd put him in a daytime tent closer spot. But I also think we can all agree that we don't have any clue why Bonnaroo schedules anyone the way they do, so maybe he'll play the WTF? stage at 9am in Pod 5 on Monday.
Doesn't he own part of Vitamin Water? How is he broke? (I did not click on that link and refuse to spend the time googling this subject)
He just lost a lawsuit, idk the details though. And I have a niggling suspicion that he may have spent a lot of money on unnecessary things. Just a guess though.
Does this being a chapter 11 instead of 7 make it more likely one of his businesses (or him as a business) is broke and not him personally?
Typically Chapter 11 is filed by a corporate entity, but individuals can also file this way; the main difference between Chapter 7 & 11 is that in 7 you attempt to have all debts cancelled through liquidation (secured debt has priority; unsecured creditors are mostly out of luck) and in Chapter 11, repayment of debt is reorganized through negotiations with creditors.
Yea after doing a bit more reading it looks like he was worth 200+ million in 2013, so he's not broke. Judging from jfg's comment and other random comments I've read on reddit, it looks like he's basically doing this in order to buy time to turn some of his investments into cash money. Because he owes Rick Ross's baby mama money for putting her sex tape online.
In the filing, 50 Cent's reported assets valued in the range of $10 million to $50 million and claimed to have debts of equal amounts. The filing comes days after a jury ordered 50 to pay Rick Ross' ex girlfriend Lavonia Leviston, a $5 million judgment for intentionally releasing a sex tape in which she was featured. The judgment was made up of $2.5 million for using her image without permission and another $2.5 million for emotional distress. The judge in that case also ordered Mr. Jackson to produce proof of income and worth so the jury can determine further punitive damages. After hearing about the bankruptcy filing, I spoke to a bankruptcy attorney to understand exactly what is going on. The attorney explained to me that based on what had just happened with the sex tap judgment that he would assume that the bankruptcy filing is a strategic move. In this attorney's opinion, it would appear that Mr. Jackson filed for personal bankruptcy for three important reasons: #1) To prevent the judgment creditor (Lavonia Leviston) from being able to disrupt his business operations and place liens on his assets. #2) To force the creditor to the negotiating table to bring the $5 million judgment down. And #3) To prevent the jury in the sex tape case from being able to award Ms. Leviston further punitive damages.

Why the hell do I care about this?
50 was on the latest Grantland podcast talking about his bankruptcy. Now you can get to the bottom of this! grantland.com/podcasts/all/

Nah, I only get my news from third- and fourth- and fifth-party sources who can properly analyze what's happening. 50's just telling us what he wants us to hear. I want the REAL story.
Knew this dude forever ago. Pretty amazing how much he has blown up. New single from his first album just came out today, and it's a collab with friggin Snoop Dogg!

I want to say that theres a chance of the NWA reunion, but the fact that Em is a part of it makes it really unlikely
Em and Dre have come out and said they don't have any plans on working together on anything right now, which presumably rules out the whole NWA getting back together and touring thing. Who knows, maybe they'll do it without Dre or something. Anyway, if any US fest gets it, I'm willing to bet it's Coachella

Who do we think are the contenders for Thursday hip-hop act? I could see it being Joey Badass, Vince Staples, or Vic Mensa. Hip-hop on Thursday this year was the only weak part of the day IMO

Isaiah Rashad, Jay Rock, Flatbush Zombies or the Underachievers, Mick Jenkins or Raury come back, Lil Herb,

Jay Rock or Flatbush Zombies or Underachievers maybe. Unless Mick or Raury blow up, I doubt they'll be back so soon.

I think Mick has a very good chance of blowing, plus going from cafe stage to tent is the most common way to do b2b years. (Catfish & the Bottlemen comes to mind)

True, he has a decent shot. He played on Sunday this year, would've caught him if he didn't conflict with Caribou.

Mick could definitely ride the wave of the Chicago resurgence. The last project was good from the few times I heard it. Maybe another one before roo gets him bumped up. I wouldn't mind Mick into Vic on Thursday
