The random website, Blast Echo, that posted awhile back "confirming" Red Hot Chili Peppers has reported that The Killers, The Strokes, and Death Cab for Cutie are all out.

I dont like any of those bands but 1 < 3 so will take
Which diplo project is more likely? Jack Ü or Major Lazer?
Major Lazer (because of the Reddit guy that called the other 5, And Macca) but I do feel that Jack Ü would be a better headliner. I feel like Major Lazer is at an awkward middle ground between subheadliner and headliner. But if I recall correctly ML was higher on Coachella so maybe their popularity is skewed differently in my home town

Major Lazer will most likely be a Perrys closer. Could see them closing the north against someone like RH though.
I'm going to buy day passes for Radiohead and worry about logistics later (or sell later if needed)
That's probably what I'm going to do myself. If I miss out on some of the smaller bands I really want to see, Chicago has so many venues, even with the radius clause, you can generally see em within the year if they're touring an album.
Billboard has now confirmed the same 5 acts that CoS has confirmed. Added at the end of the article, Billboard claims that the lineup is being released Tuesday at the same time as tickets.

Well, it just says "same day" so I'd imagine they're going to release it as soon as the 3-days sell out.

True, my bad. I'm hoping they do it that way. I would love to buy my wristband and know the full lineup an hour later.
I saw Kendrick Lamar (tentatively) while lurking over on the Lolla boards, too.
Really wouldn't put any money on this one.
Radiohead - RHCP - LCD - Lana Del Ray - J. Cole - Ellie Goulding - Disclosure - Major Lazer
Are veteran Lolla go'ers happy with this top of the lineup? I can see excitement for Radiohead but RHCP (blahhh), LCD is EVERYWHERE, Lana is ok, J Cole (everyone's feelings have been expressed on him already), Ellie is good but live she's nothing spectacular, Disclosure has turned into radio pop garbage, and Major Lazer might as well just have mics instead of dj equipment since they'll be yelling the whole set.
