I was kind of waiting to see how my festie bestie was doing and if she was going to be able to make it. She bought her tickets before she got diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. She offered her tickets to me if she isn't able to go, but I don't know if I really want to go without her and we have to play the waiting game until we know if she will actually be able to go.
I guess worst case scenario is I buy some on my way into the festival.

Weekend two here and I'd be down for a meetup. I haven't gotten tickets yet, but I need to start seriously looking to make at least Friday for Radiohead. Not much excites me Saturday. I've seen Kendrick many times. I'd like to catch Slaves, Joey Purp, Margaret Glaspy, Andra Day, and Conor Oberst that day. I'll be seeing Anderson .Paak later in October and I might drop by the LL set for nostalgia. I'd probably end up skipping out on Sunday, though I'd love to see LCD again and also Gallant > Margo Price > Local Natives.
Anyone have any experience with LHSF Volunteering? I have some questions about it. I have gotten to pick which shifts i want to work but they haven't confirmed them for me yet. They say if i haven't gotten a confirmation by the last week of September then i haven't been chosen to be an ambassador. But I need to know asap for work. Should i just move on from that and buy tickets for Weekend 2?

You can snag Sunday tickets for Wk 1 or 2 for ~$45 with fees.
Right now Friday Wk 1 tickets are around ~$80 with fees, Wk 2 are still ~$95.
I'm looking to pick up Wk 2 Fri and Sun, just debating how long to wait. Definitely going to wait a little while longer to let the Fri ticket price drop in line with Wk 1, but I have a hard time seeing the Sunday ticket price dropping much more. That's got to be rock bottom, right?
Saturday is the only day that's selling above face value.
Fuck it, more room up front during Flying Lotus, Radiohead, and LCD for me!

Ya, those $34 and $32 prices are before Stub Hub's fees. They come up to $44 and $48 after fees. Which is still a hell of a deal.
Will be interesting to see what the Wk 1 prices do later this week/weekend.

Bought a Friday and Sunday tickets since they were so cheap on stubhub for weekend 1. Super excited for Radiohead and LCD.
Saturday is kind of lame and way more expensive so not bothering with that day, just going to hang out in Austin that day instead. Praying to the festival gods that LCD adds an aftershow Saturday night like they did with Lolla. If not then I'm going to be keeping an eye on M83 Saturday night tickets on stubhub, if they drop cheap I may nab them because I'll probably miss them at the fest to grab a better spot for Radiohead and I missed them when they came to town earlier this year. If it doesn't get pretty cheap I won't bother though because I've already kind of overspent my budget between this, Day for Night, and other shows. I really wish Band of Horses aftershow was weekend 1 though, I may would have gone to that instead since I've never seen them.
