That Saturday lineup looks like it was sculpted by the festival gods solely to please me! Crossing my fingers it turns out like that! Mudcrutch and Big Grams are good enough on their own, but Ice Cube would just be unreal. Any reason to believe Ice Cube on Saturday other than the fact that they had all the rap acts on one day last year?
No, that was my reasoning. Last year was the first time they booked rappers and they had Snoop, Atmosphere, Lil Dicky, and Buggs Da Rocka (local guy) play the same day. Makes sense to repeat the formula and have Ice Cube, Big Grams, Oddisee, and Cal Scruby (local guy) on the same day.

I would bet you're right. Judging by the folk vs rock vs rap crowds I saw on the different days last year, I think that strategy paid off and a lot of people bought single day tickets for their favorite genre.
On a side note, is Mudcrutch for sure the headliner on their day? When the lineup came out some posters on the Bunbury board were implying that an undisclosed headliner (possibly Lenny Kravitz) had yet to be announced. Not sure if there have been any developments since then...
Grimes should be same day as Florence & the Machine since they are touring together but why are we figuring that day will be Sunday? I was initially thinking the top line of the poster may indicate the days they would be headlining as they did last year. I wasn't counting on it but must have missed the reasoning for a Sunday for the Florence Sunday assumption around here.

Grimes doesn't play with Florence that weekend, Of Monsters and Men do and they play Gov Ball Friday, Cleveland w/ Florence Saturday, and Bunbury Sunday. Grimes actually has Friday listed on her tour dates when she has all the dates listed for other festivals
Asked Bunbury if Mudcrutch was indeed 6/3 (the date listed on their site) or if its just a placeholder and they confirmed it's just a placeholder. I'm still holding my breath, but it's looking more and more like Mudcrutch is indeed the Saturday headliner.
If no headliner is added, Mudcrutch has gottttttta be Saturday.
If there is an act added, which could very well be the case, all bets are off. Either way, I'm hoping something leaks tomorrow because my Mudcrutch pilgrimage MUST BE PLANNED.
Didn't expect the 6th name on the poster to be headlining Saturday. That's outrageous! Was happy about Grimes Sunday booking but then I saw it was $90 for single day so no thanks after all. The 3 day is $135 which is a good price but I've got to work that weekend and there isn't that much beyond Grimes that REALLY appeals to me.
Yeah, I'll take Saturday off since I'm still a little out of the city and I'd at least like to see my family a little that weekend before leaving them a couple days later for Roo.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

The schedule is out. Only 3 stages, multiple times over the weekend where the only music playing is on the River Stage that only holds a couple thousand people. Friday has 1 act playing at a time from 7pm on.
Once again, the crowds are going to be a nightmare for this.

Haim (7:30-8:30) Mudcrutch (8:30-9:30) and Killers (9:30-10:45)
All going unopposed could create some issues. Should be interesting. I like that people can see all the top acts but at the same time crowds at these shows will be crazy
