I know it's not the Headliner thread, but oh what the hell. I nominate jeremyisjerbear for 2015-2016 Inforoo #allstar. Only 7 posts, and he's clearly vying for a coveted spot on the All-star team. Here's a sample of his body of work from today alone:

Clearly the avatar is in good humor and I even laugh at it. Sorry if I'm new to the boards and it just miffs a few of you people who have been here trolling for years. Truth be told I have been to Bonnaroo 9 times, Coachella twice, Bumbershoot once so I am no rookie when it comes to festivals. What I can honestly say is that bonnaroo has a great communal vibe and you guys clearly know how to interact with people when you aren't starring at a keyboard and monitor.

chill dude, it's cool. Have you posted in many festival message boards? The Internet is different, and nobody is on the farm right now. Sit a few plays out, and make sure you know what you're talking about and stay within the proper context of the thread you're posting in.
And be careful with ignorance. That'll get you every time.
I'm not sure how to post pictures on here or else I'd post the quasi confirmation here but Alenn stone put a video from his 2013 performance up with the comment saying "Who's all going to Bonnaroo?" I'm assuming this is him hinting that he will be there.

I'm taking Griz and Shpongle off the list because the source on them was the same guy that thought JT was playing and someone else on Reddit is saying they know for a fact Griz hasn't been booked yet.

I'm pretty sure somebody else confirmed both before that same guy did. He just ran with that confirmation.

You're absolutely correct. Did a search and found the original post. It's the same Bonnagoo guy who is obviously a naughty liar when looking through his post history. Goes from "friend talked to griz" to all of a sudden being somebody that has inside information for other supposed artists that will be at Roo.
