This is a thread for artist confirmations or quasi-confirmations. Examples include talking to band memebers or tour dates that strongly hint at a Roo appearence. I'll try to keep this OP updated.

Hoping for another early January lineup and not looking forward to Roo Clues...

I know Ellie Goulding seems likely based on her tour date gap, but if she is on the lineup, she would have 6 shows in seven days, not impossible, but that would be brutal...
Man, festival announcement and rumor season is always such an entertaining part of the internet year.
If I could quantify it, I think I get more joy every year out of festival announcement and rumor season than I do the festivals themselves. It's lots of little tidbits of joy, as opposed to an actual festival which is one huge chunk of joy, but I think all the little tidbits of joy add up to a larger quantity of joy than the chunk of joy derived from actual festival attendance.

Does the internet run on a different calendar than the one we usually use? As a man of the internet, I feel that I should know these things.
He's saying real life and Internet life are two different things. Like, sure I'll chat with you goons on the Internet but wouldn't be caught dead with you in peson.

It certainly feels that way to me. I don't really know anyone in real life that uses this website that I actually see, so it seems like the internet exists in a different and separate realm of reality than, ya know, reality.

I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say I enjoy this part more than the actual festivals, but I'lll be damned if I didn't agree that these few months make the overall experience more exciting. It makes the festival last much longer than just that weekend, if that makes sense. The festival is then the result of a lot of mental turmoil and music research, etc. I dig it.
