Voodoo 2016: Electric Voodooloo (10/28-30)

I think you're talking about Eat Well at the corner of Canal and S. Broad (which is part of US 90).  I've never been there, as I usually only go to S. Broad if I'm going to the Ideal Market (Honduran/Mexican/Latin US) to get something there or if I have jury duty.  Best Vietnamese in our neighborhood is probably Mo Pho which is Chef Gulatta's inspiration.  They are white guys, but their Pho completely rules, they smoke a whole pig every Saturday, so you can get whatever you want with smoked pork if you want that, and their chicken wings are the best in the city.

For random Vietnamese in my neighborhood, Namese 4 blocks away isn't bad.  Doson Noodle House 2 blocks is super fire.  Café Minh is the best in town, though it's pricey and as much of a French bistro as it is a Vietnamese inspired restaurant.  Click some of these bad boys:
