I was front row to see them twice in Spain. Once for their secret Primavera warmup show and once at their Primavera headlining set and this thread is still making me jealous because seeing them at Roo has been my dream set since 2011. Must have been insane

Us V Them. I ran-danced all the way from Which to the left side of what, and have honestly never had more fun screaming at the top of my lungs while running around high-fiving people to that song. Top 5 Bonnaroo memories.

I second those who are saying Home. I never necessarily disliked the studio version, but something about it just, clicked, for me live. And now I think it's my favorite LCD song!
That being said, Tribulations into Movement was fantastic
I had never listened to LCD before, so I went into it with no expectations whatsoever. Daft Punk is playing at my house was everything I wanted and more. The energy and the sound really set the tone for me for the rest of the show and it was awesome. Also Losing my Edge(?), and All my Friends
But honestly, the setlist was pretty fucking perfect to me. I would've loved to hear N.A. Scum, yes, but there isn't a song they played that I necessarily would've chosen to sub out for it.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

Drunk girls would have been nice to hear. It's not even close to the best LCD song but it's what got me into them.
North American Scum is the song that helped me fall in love with LCD. I wasn't familiar with them when they played ACL in '07. It was the middle of the day, hot as balls, and I was walking away from Crowded House because they weren't doing it for me. I entered this large filled packed with people and that's the song they were playing. I bought their two albums as soon as I got home Monday.

Holy shit discovering them like that must have been something special.

It looks like they're settling into playing basically the same set list every night. Not a fan of New York I Love You, especially not as a show closer.
Something about the way Murphy delivered it, and the sound quality, and the fact that the theme of the song is about how they can't/won't make a hit, yet they were headlining one of the biggest music festivals in North America alongside Pearl Jam and the Grateful Dead, and fucking killing it, at that. It felt like a victory lap.

I was front row for this set. My friend and I got very close for blonde redhead and when they ended she wanted to leave for some nonsense (probably crowded house). I convinced her that being on the rail for this show was going to be something she would thank me for forever. And so she has.

They had a night show in one of the clubs that year. I remember James telling everyone to come to it at the end of the set. I already had tickets to something. It was such a downer that White Stripes ended up cancelling a couple of days before the fest.

Ugh, I had tickets to the white stripes late show that year too. Never got to see them. Dammit meg.

Wow, that is really nice. I would have to get right off of Jam Cruise and head here. I don't know how feasible that would be and I really like the Jam Cruise lineup a lot.
