So I just found out there's this huge comedy festival going on in Montreal the last two weeks of July. I'm arriving next Wednesday so I ended up spending roughly $100 American dollars to see a bunch of stand up before osh. Here's what I'm gonna see from Wednesday to Thursday - Jimmy Carr, Lewis Black, Tom Green, Andy Dick, Ari Shaffir, and Midnight Surprise hosted by Blake Griffin (lol). Pretty incredible if you ask me. The comedy festival is called Just For Laughs and it runs until Sunday the 31st if any of you guys are interested.
Louis CK is doing a one off show Thursday. Sold out in 7 minutes. I managed to snag tickets

this year has been great timing. JFL has always been the week before since I can remember. It's a great crossover.
There are tons of free activities to do at the Just for Laughs site as well. Sugar Sammy is doing a free stand-up show on Thursday night, I believe it will be his bilingual show.
On Thursday night there is a free House of Vans show with YG at the Rialto theatre. You have to RSVP: rsvp.houseofvans.ca/
