How's the new vocalist? I saw them a couple times back in the day and loved the show. Not sure how I would feel about it without Alice.
haven't seen them live yet, but i like the new stuff they're putting out just fine. honestly i didn't see them back in the day either, which is why i'm glad they're performing again, even sans alice.
I haven't checked them out post Alice. Might have to check it out.

They're also confirmed for playing at least one other festival this year (Newport). I doubt the universe would allow something this awesome to happen, but man oh man if it did...
They are playing in Nashville in July and they have dates on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th which is their only 4 day run. Unfortunately, I would not get my hopes up.

Thoughts on Miike Snow? New album is pretty awesome first listen through. The last date on their calendar is Gov. Ball the week before Roo (well they have a date after Gov. Ball in like mid-July). While they have 1 date in Nashville in mid-May, I don't know if they are big enough for a radius clause to take effect (or possibly why they were left off the initial line-up). also, their Nashville show hasn't sold out yet, so regardless if the radius clause applies or not I don't think they'd want to play a second show at the end of their U.S. tour dates a month later in the same market.
A band told me after their show that they just got added to Bonnaroo but I had to promise them that I would not tell Anyone! What do ya do in this situation it is killing me. I told them I would be front row & I don't think it will be that easy.

And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts

Oh you guys are going to guess this & the band will hate me. They are Rock, Blues Rock, they said, "booked in a tent". but my guess is the Miller Lite tent, been around 4 years. This is one of the reasons I didn't post anything when I asked the Macklemore/Ryan Lewis kids before line up drop if they are playing. They remained silent & body guard said "Perhaps" I never posted on the list. But you guys will love the band I am talking about & someday they will be big.

...The band is gonna hate you? Do you really think they're going to find out if you post their name in this one thread on Inforoo, and then when they see you front row at Roo, they're going to scream at you and throw things and ask security to haul you away?
It is totally your prerogative to not state their name - your call, entirely. But acting like they'd hate you 4evr if you do seems a bit silly.
