Okay, so I made some changes: -I switched Jason Isbell & CHVRCHES so now the former is on the What stage on Friday. -I switched Leon Bridges & Father John Misty. -I switched Kamasi & FIDLAR so now the latter closes the That Tent on Thursday. Kamasi also gets some more time in this scenario. -I moved The Claypool Lennon Delirium down a bit so now they conflict with HAIM some. -I switched Band of Horses and Sam Hunt so Band of Horses plays a stage and Sam Hunt plays the That Tent. Band of Horses may be a bit too early but I didn’t want BoH/DCFC and Macklemore/Tyler to conflict.
I still really want Cymande to play at a time when I wouldn’t have a ton of conflicts but I’m struggling to think of some changes to make so that there’s a better tent closer at that time that also allows them to play when I would reasonably not have many conflicts. (Maybe switch them and GRiZ? Kamasi -> Cymande would be cool.)
EDIT: ok so now based on scheduling stuff Father John Misty is now closing the That Tent on Sunday (also probably a dumb conflict with DCFC), Grace Potter plays before HAIM on the Which. Also switched Kurt Vile & Nathaniel Rateliff.
Your Mock gives me 16 artist to see and that doesn't even include seeing anyone on your Thursday mock. So in theory I could see 18-19 artist which is just shy of my usual. Still could be a decent Roo for me
So, if Dead & Co. did play two separate shows, how long do you guys think they'd get for each set? 2 hours? I saw that Phish got 3 hours for each set in 2009 but I with everything starting later in the day last year I think Dead & Co. would get bunched. Also, if Dead & Co. plays late night on the What then I don't think LCD will.

They are getting 2 sets not 2 shows. They will get a 3-4 hour time slot either Saturday or Sunday.

yeah, that's what I believe too, but since someone threw it out there I was thinking of a hypothetical.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

Let's play the schedule game, based on the shuck schedule
Thursday: The Internet > Bully > Shamir > Blood Orange > BORNS. Not a bad Thursday overall, but the likelihood of the punctuated sets really makes Roo lose one of its greatest assets.
Friday: Ibeyi > Dungen > Vince Staples > Leon Bridges > CHVRCHES > J. Cole > LCD Soundsystem > Tame Impala or Miguel (Roo putting those two of its best acts against each other makes too much sense
Saturday: Post Malone > Waxahatchee > Two Door Cinema Club > Lettuce > Purity Ring > HAIM > Pearl Jam > M83 > Superjam or go to sleep early I guess
Sunday: Hundred Waters > Mavis Staples > Band of Horses > Kamasi Washington > Death Cab For Cutie > Father John Misty > Dead & Co.

Halsey will not close the Which for Sunday. Wiz, Avetts, and Robert Plant have been the last three Which closers on Sunday. Not sure a 1 album acts fits the mold. Halsey feels like the Tove Lo act this year. Macklemore is playing the same spot as last time he played Roo(won't be in same spot most likely.) I would suspect sub HL at What or headline Which for Mack.

Tove Lo didn't sell out Madison Square Garden nine months in advance. Halsey's either getting a prime What spot or a prime Which spot. Sorry.
Also, weeeeelllll technically on my mock Macklemore is playing later than he did in 2013, but I know he's not subbing. And simply put, as hilarious as it would be, I just can't envision Ellie or Macklemore subbing for Dead & Co., and Death Cab is really the only non pop/rap act left that can sub. But that's really just a matter of personal belief - it's something I think I could very well be wrong on.
LCD is billed third. They are a HLer and will not be playing Which at 8:45 pm. Try again.
Ok then switch LCD and J. Cole, and that's how it could play out.
Once again. Dead and Co are playing 2 sets, not 2 shows. They could possibly be Saturay night with the 2nd set being opposed by late night acts, or they might just have a long closing show on Sunday.
Also neither LCD or J Cole are playing Which. LCD is headlining, the only question on J Cole is will he be a pre-HL or will he be late night What(likely after LCD).
If you want to debate if LCD and J Cole are going to be in a split situation like Kendrick/Deadmau5 or Stevie/Jay-Z that's fine. But neither will be on Which.

Yeah, not working going this year for sure.
Th: Prass > Papadosio/Bully > Shamir > Daughter > BORNS/Floozies F: basically parking at Which all day with this Con Brio > Dungen > Lucius > Kurt Vile > Leon Bridges > Cymande > CHVRCHES > LCD > Miguel/Tame Sa: GianArthur > Rayland Baxter > Judah & the Lion > Vulfpeck > maybe one 3rd Eye Blind tune > 2-Door Cinema Club > Lettuce > Grace Potter > Claypool Lennon > HAIM > Pearl Jam > Ween > Superjam Su: London Souls > Twin Peaks/Marian Hill > Band of Horses > maybe one Mack tune > Kamasi > GRiZ/bluegrass > Dead
long as i don't get heat stroke on Friday this would be just fine by me. only a couple conflicts (like LCD night. Change all your What between-set times to 45 minutes that day and it's gold) but not awful.
How many number 4s on the line up have played which?
By the way, the answer to this question is 2 - Nine Inch Nails and The White Stripes.
And those 2 are much bigger than J.Cole. Just saying, it's obviously possible J. Cole plays Which IF they're up against LCD on What. Split the crowd. Those are the only two things that'd be going on. Very diff fanbases, as well.
In fact, I'd wager that it's going to go something like J.Cole > LCD Soundsystem on the What, with Cole being mostly unopposed, and LCD bumping up against late night acts.
You seem to be forgetting that in the past 15 years there are two whole examples of the #4 act playing the Which. Two. Can't argue with those numbers.

The heat during the day can definitely take away from late nights. I spent Friday in the blistering heat checking out King Gizzard, Royal Blood, and Rustie and was drained by the time deadmau5 finished up. Turns out King Gizzard was the only band of those three really worth seeing.
I highlighted acts in blue that are changes from Bart's schedule.
Biggest change is moving Dead & Co to Saturday and Pearl Jam to Sunday, because I really really feel like this is how it's going to go down. Moved Ween to LN after Dead & Co. because that's how it needs to happen.
Shuffled a few other acts around and tweaked some times some. I don't totally like the schedule, something about it is bugging me I can't put my finger on.
Made my own Clashfinder mock, tried to make it appropriate relative to billing. What I noticed is that if the schedule stays similar to 2015, there's not a lot of room for additions if there are any at all.
Also, speculating that The Chainsmokers will be on Which against LCD Soundsystem is sort of ridiculous, so I guess they could also go in the This Tent at the same time. I have a feeling though that it'd be packed.
EDIT: Also, I decided to make DCFC the sub on Sunday because I simply cannot imagine Macklemore subbing for Dead & Co. in any capacity.
Nice work. One possible edit. According to the confirmation thread, M83 has Friday listed on their website. So, fully embrace one of the most feared conflicts (LCD and M83) and switch M83 and Chainsmokers.

pretty cool mock, gives me a little more hope than some recent mocks. definitely still some conflicts of desired acts but that's inevitable. I could make four really nice full days of music out of your schedule.
All these mocks have all the people I want conflicting which means they must be accurate.
Yeah I did my fair share of complaining about the lineup but the fact is there are a significant number of acts I want to see that are very likely to play LN or close a tent. Such is Bonnaroo.
I'm betting wherever Claypool/Lennon is will be the biggest conflict of the weekend.

Didn't realize Halsey was such a big deal! After looking up some album sales and tours, I stand corrected.
Anyway, just put her some place that takes the crowd away from me

My god this mock is hard af. Most of the artists I wanna see are on Friday! I'm not sure whether I like that or not though. My schedule would look like this: Thurs: Roman GianArthur > Vulfpeck Fri: Kurt Vile > Blood Orange > (get in pit line for LCD and miss FJM/M83 which is the most painful) > LCD > Tame Impala Sat: Chicano Batman > Allen Stone > Kamasi Washington > Claypool Lennon Delirium > Dead and Co. (first set) > Superjam Sun: Civil Twilight > Mavis Staples > Band of Horses > Death Cab for Cutie > Pearl Jam
