Thank you! I sorta got ahead of myself asking all the questions and asked first and googled second. Didn't realize the colosseum was being demolished though, so that's news.
Any hotel suggestions? I'll have a car, but my aunt lives in Thousand Oaks so it'd be a hassell to drive in everyday.
I'm moving to LA in august, so I dont know the logistics very well, but I'd imagine your best bet is to just take a cab. Parking could be brutal, and in my experience from past visits uber rates in LA are significantly lower than in other cities.
Yea, Thousand Oaks is like an hour drive with traffic from LA proper. That's what I meant by being a hassle. I'm fine with driving in if there is a day park option offered that isn't like $200 for the weekend or something crazy. But if we can be in semi-walking distance that'd be optimal.

i'm staying with a friend in pasadena, and she said that an uber from her apt to exposition park would be about $20-25. metro would be cheaper but take over an hour.

I won't be doing any, as I won't get to LA until late on the 26th and leaving early Monday morning. But if I were going to some, probably that Boris/Earth show on Friday and shellac on Thursday. And jagwar ma of course.
I really wanna do Blood Orange on the 25th, but idk if we can. We're going to Universal the next day with my brothers and that's just a lot of driving back and forth. Are after shows even open to people who aren't doing the fest? Or is it like Fun Fun Fun where you have to have a festival wristband to get in official after shows?

yeah, pretty bummed I can't make it. this is probably my favorite overall lineup this year.

Anybody else confused by the recent Instagram post? Apparently they will be talking about all of the set times on the radio tomorrow morning, but the schedule won't be released until Monday. Isn't it kind of the same thing?
