So the likely headlining DJs are Calvin Harris and Deadmau5? Likely headlining indie rock is Tame Impala, Lumineers?...? Likely rapper is Chance?..?
i dont think theres any gurantee they have an edm headliner again. a 1 (RHCP, AF, Killers, Coldplay) Chance, and Tame/lumineers as the top 3 feels plausible.
Are they really going to go from 3 legit headliners to an almost all promotion top line? That seems really questionable.
Yea Mumford - Kendrick - Skrillex are all arguably higher gets than everything listed there. There's no way you go from a 3 day fest to a 4 day fest and drop off like that.

Saw on reddit that Okeechobee retweeted someone saying "good will prevail". So it seems Griz is just about a lock. So I think we can reasonably assume the following being at Okeechobee:
Chance the Rapper The Lumineers Griz Porter Robinson Snails

The big South American festivals in mid to late march and early April (Estereo and Lollas) announced today. Interesting to see if they see some potential crossovers:
Potentially the Strokes as the indie rock headliner?
Though I'm not a fan, but maybe the Weeknd?
But at this point after reading the talk here and the reddit, I'm just keeping my expectations rock bottom and hoping they will not hit (or at least at the minimum overcome) a sophomore slump.....

Was just gonna say about the strokes they are definitely a possibility. Maybe headliners will be Killers, Strokes, and Chance at the 3 spot. Also, there may be a crossover with two door cinema which would be awesome they are great.

With Arcade Fire as a ? and Radiohead ruled out
I'm looking forward to the album. I've only heard a couple of songs, but if it even approaches Say It Loud, it will be good. I'll see the new tour in 3 weeks.

Great lineup and a wet dream for me, but not a chance of seeing this lineup happening year 2, maybe year 4 or 5...
In what way was it a train wreck? I missed out on it, but I heard from people it was really good.
the crowd was empty enough that I walked up 15 minutes before and I was basically on the railing. A lot of people saw Skrillex instead
Looking at the schedule, I bet a lot of people decided to go to Skrillex first and head to the PowWow afterwards. Hopefully they schedule things a bit differently this year. Either way, no Bassnectar no Skrillex. So that eliminates a lot of that problem.
I think I remember reading A LOT of reviews saying the sound bleed ws awful during it as well. But putting it up against Skrillex was just poor scheduling. First year festival and you put it up against one of your biggest draws.
Im not so sure there will be one. Last year's was such a train wreck.

Preservation Hall and John Oates literally walked out on it in the middle of a song out of frustration. Win Butler used every bit of his stage time to berate the audience on politics and how much Florida sucks at them.
Even though someone was saying Arcade Fire as a ?, and Radiohead ruled out.....Okeechobee is following both on twitter.
They followed when they tried to book them, they fail at booking them, they don't hit unfollow cause its Radiohead and Arcade Fire and they may try for them again in the future.
