There has to be a reason Paul Peck left, probably the same reason he left Roo. Times are changing in the fest world, and some are seizing the moment and others aren't. I think the lineup will be a let down in the coming weeks, but I hope I'm wrong. I mean who leaves that soon, unless something drastic happened. We will find out if Paul has a stick up his arse, or if they did just a little too much to the lineup.
Also, there could be a number of reasons Peck left. Doesn't mean it's directly lineup/booking related. It certainly wouldn't figure to be good, but I'm not going to throw in the towel.
Weren't you guys told Tame Impala and Chance The Rapper are two of the headliners like 2 months ago?
Yeah and 100 other acts that people wish too see on the top Headliners. Tame and Chance most likely are soft Headliners. You don't go from last years amazing top three to a mediocre top three the following year. Even tho tame and chance are great, they just won't draw attention and open eyes like last years big three did. I'm not saying they won't be on the line up, but I am suggesting everyone keep there mouth shut and eyes and ears open and just wait to see this line up. They have done a spectacular job keeping it a secret and not letting any info leak. I have a feeling we're gonna get some major out of left field Headliners that no one saw coming
did you really just suggest for people to keep their mouth shut on a forum dedicated to talking and speculating about a festival? Acts have leaked, its just a mtter fo where they get billed. We know Chance, Tame, Lumineers and i think a few more

So going off last year's headliners of Mumford and Sons-Skrillex-Kendrick.
2017?- The Killers or The Strokes-Kings of Leon-Chance-Tame Impala. Maybe they're scaling down on headliners to get more undercard over the 4 days next year?
Someone on Reddit just said that an OMF rep basically confirmed Dead and Company and Bassnectar. If that's true, it feels like we can expect to keep getting Roo leftovers moving forward. Sounds like shade, but that would be pretty damn good for a mid-size Florida festival.

I read the quote, and then someone posted after telling a similar story asking a guy about The Chainsmokers and the guy had the same response. It means nothing.
