Dear Sir or Madam, You are receiving this email because you identified yourself as a Class Member who received and is in possession of Ticket Codes as part of the Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster Settlement and would like to receive periodic notification of new events for which Ticket Codes may be used. A current list of events where Ticket Codes potentially may be used toward the purchase of general admission tickets at Live Nation owned or operated venues (if those tickets have not already been claimed by others) will be available soon at concerts.livenation.com/microsite/settlement. This list is being updated periodically, so if you are a Ticket Code holder who is interested in attending an event, you are encouraged to check the website frequently. Please note that you will not receive this email notification each time before events are listed for sale or before new tickets are added to current eligible events. For the most up-to-date information regarding eligible events, you are strongly encouraged to visit concerts.livenation.com/microsite/settlement frequently. Please note that the number of tickets made available for each event is limited and is first come, first served. To the extent there is high demand, tickets for some events listed at concerts.livenation.com/microsite/settlement may not be available for very long. Once the tickets made available for a specific event have been claimed, you will not be able to use your Ticket Codes to acquire tickets for that event. If you are interested in using your Ticket Code(s) towards the purchase of event tickets, please visit www.ticketmaster.com and log on using your Ticketmaster username and password, or visit Ticketmaster’s mobile website, which can be accessed by either typing in ticketmaster.com, m.ticketmaster.com or www1.ticketmaster.com on your mobile phone or tablet. If you have any questions about this email or you would like to remove your name from the Ticket Code subscription list, please contact the Settlement Administrator at ticketfeelitigation@gcginc.com. Sincerely, Schlesinger v. Ticketmaster Settlement Administrator

I got that last week.

I got it again today. They've been so disorganized through this whole thing.
I thought I had given up for real, but all this did was reignite my fury. I'm back on the #fuckticketmaster train. Everytime I get a "Heather ultimate ticket experience" email, all I can think is, why can't I use my vouchers on these shows? Then the "Live Nation Weekly Concert Update" email shows up, and it's like why not these shows either?? This is some serious bullshit. I hope everyone that is able to get vouchers do, cuz is obviously not happening for me.

I haven't been able to find anything for me but I just got Gwen tickets for mayonaise

I just got Gregg Allman tickets because I mean why not? The only Atlanta show that got added was Ben Rector and all the other good Atlanta stuff is still gone.

So wait, we get nothing now? I logged in the first day that vouchers were supposed to be available, and I had some. The event list was not yet available, and said check back later. A day or two later, no event list. Now less than two weeks later my vouchers are useless because other people used too many of theirs? This sounds like a scam of a settlement, with initial announcements that made a lot of people very happy. The "Event List" now redirects me to information about the settlement, suggesting I should sign up for their email notifications. No thanks, I get too much spam already.
Sorry I don't read concert news online every day, but those $2.25 credits are not much satisfaction and will not be used. Thanks, TicketMaster. I hereby promise NEVER to use your services again. For any and all future TM-only/LiveNation events I will buy from an unaffiliated secondary source, only. (Of course I should have begun my personal boycott of TM many years ago, but that's not the point now). I can't believe I got fine-printed, since the lawyer in me always reads details!

So you'll just be doing Craigslist/stubhub? They still would have gotten money because the ticket was still likely bought through TM. I like the idea of it but if they're still getting their cut then just save your money and buy from the source

They are just cutting off for the year. They are keeping this program running for 5 year and owe $50 million, so it makes sense to spread out the availability a bit. Also, with that much time left, you will have opportunities to use your vouchers.
I pulled 4 Dead and Co pit tickets back when the tickets went up and managed to sell them for $550, I think we're even now ticketmaster (my conscious is fine too because the pit later sold out and I sold them for about 50 under face each and about 100 under what most others on craigslist and stubhub are trying to get)

Did you sell hard tickets/printouts or were you able to use Ticketmaster's transfer thing?

Cool, thanks for the info. I may look into getting a few tix to shows I'm not expecting to go to if they announce more for NY in the next few weeks/months. There was definitely a bunch that seemed available that I didn't even try for. Good work, though. Making a profit while also giving fans a deal is a great thing.
