Well, they headlined Coachella in 2014. Though, that album wasn't as successful as they/Coach had anticipated.
agreed, and i didnt think they would be top 3/4 going into this season, but their billings have proved otherwise.
Yeah, to me, they are a 4-5 (maybe 6 if lineups were as stacked as they tended to be in '12-'14.) But them headlining smaller fests like Shaky Knees seems spot on. Even though that is where they belong to me, I really didn't think they were popular enough for that. They are known by everyone who listens to 2000's alt rock, but outside of that, I didn't think they were that big of a deal to most people.

Agreed - well here's my final mock (i put them at 5 and with an extended top line like past Roo's)
Even though the headliners should allow for a very good undercard, it's probably a bit too stacked, and too white guy with guitar, but I'll stay hopeful.

Ryan Adams ~ Flume ~ The xx ~ The Lumineers ~ Hall and Oates

I'm prepared for it to suck like 90% of the lineups this year but I hope they prove me wrong. As it is Boston Calling looks like the best for my musical taste. Who thought we would get to a point where Mumford as a headliner got us excited.
Considering Boston Calling as well because the lineup is great - but living in NYC with Gov Ball/Pano/The Meadows, need to go to one camping fest a year for the atmosphere and the late night sets. Which is why I put so much stock in Firefly's lineup. Wayhome is a longggg drive.

While I doubt anyone would mind having Tame back in the woodlands, that's not happening. They likely only signed a 2 show deal with GV to play Panorama and WH in the same weekend. I doubt they'd gear up and bring out the equipment for just one set.
