The fucking Re-Animator guy. Damn, I'll never forget that when I first moved out of my house, my friend Karen who lived across the street was dating JJ Offender from The Offenders (Austin Metal/Hardcore Band mid-80's) and that was his favorite movie. We must have watched it 5 times in the span of a month. It was creepy as shit but kind of funny in a lot of ways.
RIP Curly Neal. The retired Harlem Globetrotter was one of the jokesters alongside Meadowlark Lemon back in the day. For those who don’t quite remember Curly; he was the bald guy with the perpetual infectious smile. He was 77.

Tom Dempsey died at 73 yesterday of complications from Coronavirus. He was the long time record holder for the NFL’s longest field goal at 63 yards. The record was set in 1970 and stood for 47 years (though the record was tied a couple times before it was broken). He was born with no right hand and no toes on his right foot. Ironically some people claimed he cheated and didn’t deserve the record. Fuck them in 1970 and in 2020. He was a good man who proved that people could overcome birth defects.
