That’s not disappointing at all. I hope it means they play some other shows in the south.

Daughters is rare, they just got back together.

Daughters isn't all that rare given they were everywhere last year, but it's a solid add for sure.

I think people are confusing Daughters, a rock band from Providence, RI, with Daughter, an indie-folk band from the U.K.

In other news I bought passes for this today so I'm in there 100%.

Been re-listening to Freetown Sound and getting really hyped for Blood Orange

Not sure how he translate live since over half of his songs are guest duets. Maybe he sings both parts? Plays with backing vocals?

I haven't started looking at shows or things to do for Friday night since I'm going Saturday and Sunday, but someone brought to my attention that Floss and Jauz are playing a show that night. It's pretty unlikely I'd go to that as I've kind of soured on Floss' hype, and though Jauz was probably a hair better than I thought he'd be when I saw him, it still wasn't that good.

Hopefully there will be much better alternatives, and hopefully some of you Houston locals will be on the case. Personally I'd like to do some type of rap show particularly since all the Welcome To Houston guys are more-than-likely already in town to begin with.
