Almond milk is kind of the shit though. I way prefer it to soy or regular milk in coffee. But it sometimes clumps in ice coffee. What's better than almond milk, and that's for anyone who suffers stomach issues from milk or likes the taste, is cashew milk. It's a little harder to find here than almond (since all stores have almond). It's good.
We've pretty much switched entirely to Horizon Organic at home. It's double the price, but you're getting something for your value. And those things unopened are good for like 2 months.
What I'm not quite as keen on is Coca Cola's Fair Life milk. You have to read between the lines, and maybe this is healthy in the end, I don't know. But they separate the main 4 or 5 components of milk and re-blend it back into "milk". I think they take out some of the negative aspects of the components or something. But it ends up seeming a little franken-foody to me.

We don't drink a ton of any kind of milk in our house, but when we do it's typically almond milk. I don't think I've had cashew milk, but IMO cashews are one of the best nuts, so I'll have to check that out. I'd like to make my own nut milk (lol), it seems super easy, but I've never done it. Basically you vitamix a bunch of nuts and water, then strain it, viola, milk.
Never heard of fairlife, just did a bit of googling. Seems like it could be a good option for people who are lactose intolerant but love the taste of milk. The people who founded the company and run the farm seem legit too.

Uh huh huh.
The criticisms over Fairlife are more based on their b.s. advertising that makes it seem real and natural when it's actually just a drink that may not be as healthy as real milk but will have less sugar and fats. There's so much b.s. on the web that you have to dig through. I tried a bottle of their chocolate milk a while ago, and it tasted okay. But I had to look into it a little further, and I wasn't enamored with some of the bad stuff. They're apparently selling an idea rather than true benefits. I mean it's coke in the end behind this, and I don't really need to necessarily support a giant corporate pig like that if possible.
