HEADS UP PEOPLE FLYING INTO CANADA In the last year, there has been some policy changes. I don't know if this affects people from all countries but as someone from the UK, I had to fill out an ETA. An ETA is basically a form online that grants your approval to travel into Canada. I did not know this and was told to fill it out online and it took about 25 minutes to fill out. From there, it will be attached to your passport but that's if you're lucky enough for it to go through immediately. Some people have to wait days to get it approved and if that had happened to me, I would've been fucked. So, if you haven't travelled to Canada since this policy has been enacted make sure you fill out your ETA.
It is with regret that OSHEAGA Music and Arts Festival has to announce that Solange will not be performing this weekend at the festival, due to unforeseen production issues out of her and the festival's control. Solange would like to take this time to send her deepest apologies for the inconvenience and hopes to see her Montreal fans real soon.
I would guess that they will move the Arkells into that slot

Does Solange cancel a lot? She was supposed to open for Outkast a few years ago then cancelled and same with Boston Calling this year. I don't really keep up with her but is she sorta like a Frank Ocean?

Not as infamous as Frank, but I believe this is her second cancellation of the year. She played festivals after her doctor told her to keep it chill due to exhaustion, so this could be related to that.

Might be tied to some of the issues she had at Wayhome. Had some pretty serious issues with her band that kind of derailed the set a little. Got to hear a couple songs without percussion which was interesting.

3 hours in and it's been quite the clusterfuck. Raining hard. Andy Shauf had to quit after 1.5 songs. Glass animals got 2 in but late and without guitars. Waiting for carseat now and the rain is creeping back 👎

New layout is pretty good, but I definitely prefer the old area.
That rain yesterday was crazy, at least we got a few London Grammer songs and a shortened set from the Shins. Could have been worse. I was expecting an evacuation actually with all that thunder and lightning. Justice in the rain was an epic time.
