I wonder what prices will be like. It went from like $42 for the weekend in 2015 to $89 in 2016. Still a lower priced fest but definitely in a different price range. Liked a bunch of lastvyear but had to sell our tickets when the baby was due in May.
Back to their roots with legitimate headlining bands in the jam scene (WSMFP can headline any jam fest, TAB has headlined Peach twice, Ween headlined Lock'n). Definitely curious about price and if they give any more than this tomorrow if accurate.
I guess that means Panic is not doing Wanee which is surprising.
Wanee was the weekend before 4/20 this year, it could be 4/13-15 next year.
Honestly I'd rather have Dead & Co. x2 next year. I love WSMFP but their Wanee sets haven't been balls out since ABB was headlining imho. I've enjoyed every Panic show that's happened at Wanee but variety is the spice of life.
Now, Dead & Co x2 + WSP x2 I could get behind big time.

With Catskill Chill coming this week it is a bad time for ticket purchases. I would like to do VIP but don't have the funds for two or three VIP tix right now (for me, the gf and her sister) but could swing 3 GA. Do you know if you have been able to upgrade them in the past?

..I don't...the amount of beer savings makes it an easy call for me....not to mention, the up front viewing will be more crucial than ever this year.

Right, 15 free beers is like $120. That almost makes up the difference in price itself. Then all the other perks and discounted beers after that.

Yeah, last year was the outlier. This is more like what we were hoping for as it appeared to be getting bigger. I'm sure there will be 'diversity' to come though.
Early bird GA sold out now. Up to $123 plus fees advance price. Grabbed two at the $89 price and my buddy did as well. Will need to scrounge up one more most likely before fest time but looks like we are in. Aboutto pull the trigger on a nice two bedroom airbnb. Looks like we'll be in Atlanta in April. Look forward to having a beer with you again solidrock.
