Hopscotch Music Festival 2017

I think they will. It's a good size venue for larger acts. I'd be surprised if they didn't try to use it more than once over the weekend.

Never. We really have nothing to talk about till they start teasing anyways.

I'm on board with those wishes though. Especially Ambarchi. His set at Memorial will always be a favorite of mine.

Neurosis would be great! Same with Lee Ranaldo and Cloud Nothings. I had actually thought about Wilco or Ryan Adams as an ideal Red Hat Hopscotch performer.

I noticed there was also a bit of overlap with FYF (Beach House, Young Thug, Vince Staples, Wolf Parade, Julien Baker), but now that it's moved up to July, it might not share as much with Hopscotch.

I was just looking to see if prices were posted yet. That's awesome news. Might sway me to pick up a VIP again this year.

Just booked the Days Inn again. Lesson learned: bring your bicycle.

Did they do the shuttle again last year? I've never used it but there has been a shuttle that ran from venue to venue.

Pedicabs are another option, though not free. If you're kind to your driver, he'll be kind to you in return.

I'm not seeing it posted as I have in previous years. It's likely they didn't do it.

Bring some extra cash for a pedicab if you're trying to get from Memorial/Lincoln/City Plaza. Those people are great. Some charged me but some didn't. I'm not sure what the actual rate policy is but it can't be that expensive for just a few blocks.

Was hoping they would have VIP tickets on sale after I asked on twitter and they said they would...guess I'll wait for those.

Edit:Nevermind got one anyways. I'll upgrade later and maybe save a bit on the service charges

Got my ticket sorted out even though I missed out on the cheaper early bird. No worries though, looking forward to another amazing festival.

Now that would be cool. I'm digging his new record, and he could definitely headline at Red Hat.

I was listening to Melody's Echo Chamber last night and thinking how amazing it would be to see a rare U.S. performance at Hopscotch.

I used to be a fan of the mixtapes but not so much of the albums.

That said, I'd expect that to be #1 on the lineup and a complete no-brainer for the festival.

Really hoping they start those official March announcements with Twitter teases in between. 

But did any of them go double platinum with no features?
