Kaytranada vs The Afghan Whigs vs Songs: Molina vs O vs Yves Tumor vs Whores vs Protomartyr. That's like seven shows I would have gone to individually.
I just realized Songs: Molina was added too, god that conflict sucks. Hurray for the Riff Raff vs. Japanese Breakfast vs. Mannequin Pussy vs. Cherry Glazerr vs. Kevin Morby vs. Machinedrum is also a terrible one.

Btw, if history holds, they tend to theme venues for nights, so if you have a gap, check the acts you don't know at venues you're hanging out at a lot otherwise.

I'm not too worried about Pallbearer. They tend to come through a lot on tour. Boy Harsher vs Mount Eerie sucks. I doubt I'll get another shot to see Phil again on this album cycle though.

Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
Glad that's returning. I need to remember my tube this year so I can actually purchase some stuff.
I realized that Monk Parker was playing after I heard the new record. Hello, Monk. Audios, Thou. It's gonna be a strange Hopscotch with no wierd and little metal for me.

Starting to wonder if we will get any day parties or if they will be severely limited. Usually a few weeks out a few pop up before the official announcement. All I can find this year is at Crank Arm Brewing with no bands announced.

Everything seems to be getting released a little behind schedule. Hopefully sometime next week.

As usual, I only recognize one name offhand from their day party (Purling Hiss) but was 1000% sure you were giddy over it.
Lies, Lies, Lies. I'm betting you know more than that. Mac McCaughan ( Superchunk) + Kurt Wagner (Lambchop), James Toth is Wooden Wand, Nathan Bowles is/was in Pelt. House and Land put out one of the better weirdo folk records this year and Chuck Johnson is just awesome.
The only new names to me this year are Long Hots (who have the second best name of the day parties, behind Kate's Bush) and Rosali + Band.
I'm also stoked I get another shot at seeing Spaceface and Natural Velvet since they conflict with others during the festival.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
