So you guys were the reason I heard of Vulfpeck, and they were the best show I saw last year. What are some undercard acts that I will not have heard of but will be my favorite show?
If you liked Vulfpeck there is a good chance you'll like BadBadNotGood.

Allan Rayman
King, are you Rayman's biggest fan? See you keep bringing him up
Are you trying to "13 reasons why" this guy? You and dinosaurus are def getting a tape.
Sorry, you can't actually expect me to believe this dude listened to Sonngs of Innocence and thought it was good.
You can't believe someone listened to a record that was put on their phone for free? Obviosuly you didn't like it, that's cool. I,never said its a good album, there's 2 or 3 good songs (Every Breaking Wave, Song for Someone, and The Troubles).

Has anyone had a particularly positive experience with seeing BBNG live? I only saw them once, in the fall, and the drummer was so obnoxious with his "everybody put your hands up", "are ya'll ready for this", etc. commentary that it almost ruined the music. The playing, especially saxophone, was pretty great. But I could hardly reconcile the drummer's BS.
For that reason, I have trouble comparing them with vulf. I think Lemon Twigs & Turkuaz will make for more similar experiences.

I saw them at Lollapalooza in 2014, thought they were great. They only talked in-between songs, so it's interesting you had that experience.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

How far down you talking?
Kiwanuka, Klangstof, Ten Fe, Twiddle, Greensky, White Reaper, Turkuaz, and Khruangbin have been favorites for me
I'm thinking the lemon twigs will be the best show on Thursday.
Their setlists could use some adjusting IMO. Great Snake is probably their best song outside of Prove to you and Hi+Lo would be such a fun, high energy song. Both won't get played.
I still think they will be the best on Thursday, but there isn't really any competition in sight imo.

I've been digging hippo campus. They're in the same ballpark as the lemon twigs.

I enjoy Hippo Campus, but they feel like something I've heard 1000 times over elsewhere. Lemon Twigs are genuinely weird and interesting despite have some pretty obvious influences.
Actually does look like they close out with Great Snake in a lot of situations (just not Coachella). Hopefully I was wrong about them not playing it at Roo.
I don't get all the hate tbh. Fucking up your wristband seems dope as hell from the YouTube clips I've seen.
I had seen that this past week Jay Z had signed a massive deal with Live Nation and was thinking that could be a Superjam possibility. What do you guys think? With an artist of his caliber and status he would be a great addition and would bring some great artists with him I'm sure. But Beyoncé is pregnant and due in mid June-mid July. So this could not happen, just a thought.
