And Roo is stuck holding a bag of Marshmellows. This is some bullshit.
every single one of these acts is a great add and even half of them on the roo lineup would help it in a huge way
That makes two lineups that Sturgill has been added to (this + okee). Honestly, if Roo doesn't get at least two decent adds I'm gonna be annoyed (spare me the "you're going to be annoyed" comments). D'Angelo, Charles Bradley, and Bob Moses have all been good adds the past couple of years, so I don't see why they can't do some stuff like that again.
Also, the club stages actually have done a lot for me the past couples of years as well (acts like Bear's Den, Raury, Whitney, Public Access TV, Kaleo), so I guess I can still hold out some hope for that.

Not happening, but I'm dying for another name or two.
Sturgill Simpson and Empire of the Sun would work.
Guess I should enjoy my Marshmellow Snails.
Wasn't Sturgill just here in '15? There's still another 35ish club acts to be announced and it looks like 3-4 tent/stage slots are still open using last years schedule as a placekeeper.

Yes, Same time as Jaime xx I believe. I just know I didn't see him due to conflict.

This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
Serious question: Why on Earth would you expect them to deliver with lineup additions?
Even Charlie Brown grew skeptical that Lucy would let him kick the football...
If you take this years lineup and use last years schedule there's like 4-5 open spots on stages/tents. Also, that's assuming there's no late night What(while not probable I could see wither Flume or Major Lazer getting this spot). I'd imagine we'll get the lineup additions with the late night sets announcement. Unless they plan on moving to 30 min sets in the tents there has to be a few additions.

I think he meant, "deliver with something of quality" rather than deliver anything at all.
There will certainly be additions of some sort, but they're not likely to be something to really increase the overall value of the lineup.
They have to at least announce a Jamie xx set, right? RIGHT?
He's been doing solo material during their live shows lately. Expect to hear Gosh, Loud Places and some of his other stuff. In between songs he's tying the tracks together with deconstructed pieces of his solo stuff.
These + The Revivalists would be nice. I thought they were supposedly confirmed too?
Yeah. It does seem like over the last few years it has been unreliable to take artists at their own word. I guess since they are all doing 40 fests each summer and are in an every other year rotation with each fest they probably get confused.

I sort of long for the way Bonnaroo used to roll their lineup out - although I know in this day and age festivals can rarely afford to hold back on big names. I liked the surprise of seeing who just got added
