For sure. We got the 100 ones. We were hoping to stay at the mac'd out air b&bwe lucked into last year, but they took that offline. With the apparent rerun to BJ P.O., we will look for something else fairly close. Uber was like 9.00 - maybe 4 miles? I'd recommend if you can swing it. It's its own thing and Houston is actually super cheap and probably a 100 flight from Tampa.

True that, the flight would def be on the cheaper side. Fingers crossed! Seems like a big Inforoo party as well.
Tool would be so much better than most headliners I could expect for this fest or any other for that matter.
I don't know what "gross" even means in this context. It's like a trip back to 5th Grade in the girls bathroom or something. But despite how great their recent shows have been and despite the fact they are better than 95% of any other possible headliner at almost any festival, they aren't doing anything new. I'm not talking about even new music. Just pretty much the same show I saw 3x last year and a couple of bootleg streams this year. I'm not going to bitch in the least, but they wouldn't be in my Top few wants this year.
I'm surprised there aren't a bunch of posts freaking out about how the newest teaser vid from the knife features reversed audio about a knife thrower from Texas.

Seems like all of the teases from The Knife were to hype a DVD release of the Terminal 5 show... Which I attended and thought they sucked. lol. Guess now I can relive it.
Was waiting for Tool to be brought up in this thread. I have noticed over the last few months of following Omar Afra on facebook that he posts a lot of songs/references to Maynard/Tool (including one video of Maynard and Tori Amos singing a duet) - he seems like a big fan. Doesn't necessarily mean the fest will have them booked though... ordoesit
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

The new Tori single is tight, I'd be cool with it.

Tool are great but please no. I saw them twice on their tour last year and they've been doing the same thing for two years now. Unless they played Third Eye or Lateralus this time. Then it's worth it.

Never seen Third Eye (this would be #6 for those who don't know) and I could probably get closer to the stage than almost any other time. Also if they did Eulogy that would be sweet.

Not sure how good of a fit they are but Death From Above? Just announced a new album and tour and the last date is December 1st in Toronto, no TX dates at all.
